We are a family from Venezuela. Venezuela is located in front of the beautiful Caribbean Sea in South America (At north of South America), its food culture is well influenced by European, African and native flavors that evolved within generations. Each region has a unique way to prepare and serve our traditional food. Arepas and Empanadas are well known culinary expressions in Venezuela. Both are made out of white or yellow corn as a precooked flour and that is the reason why they are gluten free. At Anytime Arepa we offer a simple menu, always gluten-free. My chicken arepa and cheesecake were both really good. First time having an arepa. My 2 year old ate almost all of the cheese empanada, which is high praise. The 3rd St Market was crazy busy so it was hard to find a free table. Find a table, order from your phone and get it when they text.

Everything is 100% gluten free and delicious! So glad to find this awesome restaurant! The staff were super nice and we loved the black bean and cheese empanadas and the sweet potato cheesecake. Plus the rest of the food hall is pretty cool too, nice place to come hang out. Highly recommend!

The chicken arepa and passion fruit drink were absolutely delicious, with generous portions. The flavors really stood out, and the quantity was satisfying.

Awesome glutenfree experience. Delicious empanadas! It was very busy over lunch hour, but the food still came out fresh, delicious and in a timely manner. Also recommended the passion fruit juice. It was so refreshing!

Service was friendly, everyone working seemed like real sweethearts, and the Brisket Arepa was unbelievably good. Best brisket I’ve ever eaten, and I hope the cow it came from is smiling in the afterlife, and the beef empanadas were delicious too. The salsas and the chicken empanadas weren’t my favorite, but that’s just my personal taste.
Great food, and I might need to get the recipes for the brisket and the ground beef empanadas, or go back for more. Two thumbs way up, highly recommend!

This was my choice for dinner after browsing the market one evening. They have decent variety on their menu.. mostly arepas and empanadas. I went with a chicken arepa w/ plantains and avocado salsa. It was excellent — large portion, juciy and flavorful chicken, tasty salsa, and everything blended well. I couldn’t complain if I tried!.. I highly recommend them!

I got the chicken arepa with sweet plantains, cheddar, and avocado. It was really delicious! The bread was fresh and crispy, the chicken was flavorful and moist. Would eat here again!

Got the pork arepa with plantains, Monterey Jack, and the garlic sauce. The food tasted amazing!! The arepas are customizable with different toppings, so there’s a lot of variety. The arepa was ~$16 with tax.
