BEST Thai food in Portland. I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried a lot!! My favorite dishes are the spicy Thai fried rice and the drunken noodles cooked with LOVE and perfection. Reminds me of my mom’s cooking I crave and never want to let go the same feeling about this place!!!!

Call ahead. The only bad reviews here are about the inconsistency in open times. Get over it.

This is the best classic americanized Thai in Portland. I’ve tried tons and this place still takes it. It’s not bougie or hipster, it’s always good. There is no website or social media. I want nothing more after a bad day.

The lady who works the cart is always nice and I hope she’s having fun when the cart isn’t opened. Food cart cooks have lives too. Be thankful when this place is open.

Super super kind lady. Service is always great. Drunken noodles are to DIE for. I’ve been coming here for years and recommend it to everyone I know. 10/10 !!!

The pad thai here is amazing
It is on the sweeter side as opposed to the savery bolder taste of some others. Just the way I like it. Will be going here from now on. I will say it was lacking in veggies but overall delicious Portion size is good. feeds 2 skinny people.

We ordered the “Oh my God” and the sweet and sour soup, which comes with a side of rice. The oh my god is sort of like a crab wonton but in a roll up form, it was ok but not great. The sweet and sour soup was good. The hours are not reliable but the staff is friendly. This is one of the few food carts at Cartlandia that is cash only, however there is an atm on site.

Soooo good! The flavors are intense! My fave is the “Make It Black,” I crave it weekly, at least! but I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve had here.
Ada, the owner is warm and welcoming and her food is clearly cooked with love. I ask her not to add sugar to mine as I prefer the more savory tastes and she was happy to make that adjustment for me and remembers that whenever I get food here.
I do get sad when I’m having a craving and she’s closed unexpectedly but since it’s in a good food cart pod overall, there’s always other options, so don’t let reviews about closures keep you from trying this gem. If you love truly flavorful food, you don’t want to miss this. Maybe call first if you’re set on Thai.

One of the better pad see ew spots in Cartlandia. More to the expensive side but has lots of flavor. Big portion as well.

By far the best tasting Thai food cart in Portland. Ada and staff are so friendly and great at what they do. I have never been disappointed from this absolute gem of a food cart and every time I go Ada is always so friendly and kind. The food is flavorful, made with love, and absolutely bursting with flavor. Love any of the Thai rice and oh my gods but you truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Amazing!

Gotta be on the short list of best Thai food in Portland. Food is so good. Prepared to order. You would spend $20-30+ for an entree of this quality at any fancy sit-down Thai restaurant in inner Portland. The prices are totally reasonable and the portions are generous. The lady that owns the place is very nice and we like supporting her business!

Call before you go to them! As mentioned by others their hours are not always accurate. But when they are, it’s WORTH IT. Ordered the Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) and Pad Thai. SOME OF THE BEST IN PORTLAND!!!!

The texture of their noodles are always on the more sticky/ chewy side- in the best ways possible. This is in contrast to other thai spots that tend to have overcooked/mushy noodles.

Portions are great, service was great and when they are open, they definitely make it worth the while!!
