I have been enjoying their Pizza for many years, and have spent thousands of dollars at this location. They sent a coupon for $4 off a large pizza w/ 2 toppings or more. I never have used a coupon in the past. ( I’m not a coupon clipper)I ordered my usual deluxe pizza and mentioned I have this coupon. They said I can’t use any coupon on a deluxe pizza. I spoke to the manager about it. He could care less. Really rubbed me the wrong way. I know this may sound trivial, I typically don’t leave reviews. Not sure I would go back.

On May 18 I ordered a deluxe pizza from Antonio’s in North Royalton. I expected to get a pizza like the one on their menu or something close to it. When I got home and opened the pizza box, I was really disappointed to see what was inside. The first picture shows the pizza from their menu. The second picture is the pizza I received. I know that when you order food it’s never as advertised but the pizza, I received was nowhere close to what was pictured on their menu. I don’t know about you, but I am getting tired paying more and getting less. As a restaurant if you going to make food that is not like advertised then maybe you should change your menu to show what is actually being made for the customer. I have been a loyal customer of Antonio’s, and I will give them another chance, but I may have to start looking for a new place for pizza.

Ordered a decent size order, staff was very friendly and helpful. From placing the order to the staff helping carry out, it was amazing. Wish all places were as courteous as the Antonio’s on Sprague Rd.

Our first time pickup here and we are not disappointed. I had the small pizza with anchovies, black olives and bacon . She had the small with black olives and mushroom. So after first bite we were like, hey this is very good!
The sauce the the crust. Great job with customer service as well !

Ordered $60.00 worth of food went to pick it up. As I was standing there,the one manager gave my chicken dinner to the guy just before me. So I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for the chicken dinner. So now the rest of the food was cold. They never offered a little discount. Talk about pissing someone off. Won’t be going back there anymore.
