I always order pizza from here and as a customer especially a repeated customer I should not have been treated like I was. Not only did they burn the pizza (which should have never been put in a box to leave) when I called up there and nicely told whoever answered about what happened, I was put on hold for a manager. Manager picked up the call with a real nice “Hello” and told me we didn’t order at the right location. Funny, because I have a receipt that says otherwise, and my wife literally just picked it up. Then, he tells me to bring back up the order and they will re make it. I don’t think so, why should I waste my gas and time because they burnt my pizza and worst of all management was incredibly rude.

I love pizza and have eaten more than my fair share. I’ve had Geno’s East, Lou Malnati’s, and even real NY pizza from a real NY’er in West Los Angeles. Antonio’s is in my top three for sure. The sauce, which is my least favorite part of pizza, is fantastic and not too much. You can easily tell they use full fat mozz and not the skim milk crap. The crust is not at all heavy, but still toothsome. Highly recommend.

My wife loves the Bianca sauce on a veggie pizza! It’s literally the only place she will eat pizza from. Kudos Antonios!

We were traveling across the country when our niece suggested we try it out, and it was an absolutely fantastic recommendation. The quality of the meat and sauce was exceptional, and the crust was perfect – even the next piece we ate remained just as delicious. This pizza undoubtedly brings joy to the people of Springfield. Keep making those incredible pizzas, and don’t let the negative noise get to you!”

Every time we order, when it’s delivered it’s wrong . Good pizza when they get it right which is 25% of the time. I have asked the managers to have the owner call me multiple times, and have never received one. Never Again! I will take the $200 a month we spend on pizza and give it to a company that knows how to deliver what we ordered.

Antonios has become my regular weekend dinner. From the moment they answer the phone to the moment my pizza or whatever I order is delivered I talk to the nicest, kindest people ever. They’re polite they’re nice they’re kind and they have great customer service. The food you can’t beat it. The pizza is always hot and so so good, and the buffalo wings are my absolute favorite and cannot have pizza without wings. The Italian beef is great the salads are good and the service is phenomenal. The drivers are nice friendly and they’re always fun to talk to you. You couldn’t ask for a better place than Antonios because it is the most well-rounded restaurant that I have ever ever been to and you know they care just by everything they do for the customer. So I highly recommend you make this your weekly pizza place you won’t be sorry . They are definitely a restaurant that you can count on when it comes to food service and just all-around good people. I am in the area for the West Lawrence location. But I know any location you would choose to go to is going to be wonderful.

I buy two pizzas every Wednesday. I also ordered Italian sub three times a month. My name is Andrew and I’ve been a loyal customer to Antonio’s. I ordered a Italian beef sub with mozzarella cheese. They put parmesan on my sub. I didn’t like it so I called Antonio’s to tell them. The Asian owner just wrote me off like I didn’t exist. No solution at all. I told him I wouldn’t purchase from him anymore and he said okay. No solution at all. Terrible customer service. Unfortunately I have to say goodbye to Antonio’s Pizza.

This ain’t a NY-style pizza, and the pizza’s cut in a “tavern style,” so if you want to solo the pizza on a not-busy weekend night, it’ll be slightly more difficult than if the pizza were cut into normal slices. However, the pizza itself had a nice, thin, tasty crust, and the toppings I got were pretty good. Folks I carried out the pizza from were friendly and quick, and overall, the experience I had here was pretty decent.

Ordered a large supreme pizza from Antonio’s Wabash on Sat. 9/21/24 @ 3:15 pm. I live off Stanford in S.View off . $26 pizza was not hot, not warm, room temp. Very disappointed. Called just to let them know. Wasn’t looking for my money back. The girl who answered acted like she could care less and probably didn’t. Post Covid customer service is a thing of the past. The word is probably no longer in the dictionary. I haven’t ordered carry out from here since pre-Covid and won’t order from Antonio’s again!!!!!!!
