I have never been treated so poorly for someone else’s mistake. Phil needs to get some training on how to speak to people with respect. I will never return as long as this man is here and I will tell everyone I come in contact with about this experience. Terrible experience terrible. And an hour and a half of my time wasted. Poor management to say thee very least beware he’s aggressive.

Online order. 12 wings were 16.25 there was also a pizza purchased.
I was shorted 1/2 of the wings I ordered . I live across town . . They said they would refund the money I agreed. Then they got the manager on the phone that said only a $10 credit would be offered for the next time of purchase.
Let’s do the math 16.25 for wings. Money for gas to get back out there so say $5 and then to go back out there would be another 5 , My $10 credit would be voided, I’d be short either way.
As a customer doing business I shouldn’t be taking a loss when a purchase was made.
Side note if you like wings they are good wings just make sure you double check everything at the establishment ! “As a customer you shouldn’t have too “ .
I won’t be returning to Antonio’s.
I’ve also had bad results at other locations. So this was just the last for me. Wing stop will be getting my future purchases.

me and my dad got 2 extra large pizzas from there and the food was delicious. the workers were really chill and gave great customer service. definitely recommend

I love Antonios. You couldn’t find a better group of people who are kind and generous and thoughtful to their customers. The pizza is the best always hot when delivered. I love the hot wings and the delivery people are the nicest people you have ever met. They have become my Sunday night staple, and who knows at some point might actually be my weekday staple also.

Ordered food for delivery via their website. It arrived at the time it gave me. The pizza was very good made with quality ingredients. We got the hot & spicy wings they were cooked very well and the sauce was very good also. Looks like I found my new to-go pizza place.

My first time going to Antonios! Very polite professional service. The staff apologized that there would be a wait because they had a very large order ahead of us…. But… I don’t think it took long at all! The pizza was delicious and the butter sauce and marinara for the cheese sticks was superb! Even though it’s not a business where a server takes care of you at your table, we were will checked on to make sure we had everything we needed! I was very much pleased! Will definitely go back!

The “Best Pizza in Springfield that you can’t dine-in” Carry out is always fast and food is hot and fresh! Very friendly staff! Antonio’s always “out pizza’s the Hut” and most everywhere else!

Checked out customer service. You pay and they literally say nothing to you like providing an update on your order status. I was going to order an additional appetizer, but the worker couldn’t tell me how much longer it’d be. So, I didn’t order additional food. As it turned out, my order took an additional 15 minutes and I could have ordered the extra food. When the pizza is done, it’s set on the counter and you’re left to guess if it’s yours or what? An unusual experience at this store. It’s closest to home, but will have to check out Marco’s next time. Oh yeah, and the guys making the pizzas complained the entire time.
