Spending the evening with my youngest nephew who loves cheese pizza so #antioniospizza in New Kent for the win! Local pizzeria that serves an array of dishes from pizza, subs to pastas! The cheese pizza was good, nice crust and good cheese to sauce ratio, a solid 4/5 and the baked rigatoni a la vodka with grilled chicken was super good 4.6/5 (adding the grilled chicken was recommended by the super pleasant and helpful employee, she said we would love it and we did). Our least favorite was the deluxe cheese burger (the bun was over toasted and the burger was very done) 1.2/5 and the onion rings were tasty 3.6/5. If in the area and you want a yummy meal give them a try! Sorry for the half eaten pizza and onion rings lol!

I ordered a variety of food. Manicotti, calzone, fries, fried zucchini and a slice of pizza. I chose the meat sauce for the manicotti. It tasted odd. Like it was a little burnt or a harsh spice. So I asked for a side of the marinara sauce and picked my manicotti out of the other sauce and put the marinara over it. It was much better. The calzone was dry inside and the bottom crust was to hard to cut. The fried zucchini looked pretty good but needed salt or some flavor. You can order a slice of pizza and you can put 2 toppings on it ( .50 for each topping). It tasted alright. The star of the dinner believe it or not was the little loaf of bread that came with the dinner.. yum. If I knew it was going to be that good I would of got a sub.

I absolutely love foldable big slices of pizza. This place has it! The lunch special is two slices and a canned drink. Unlimited paper towels on the table to dab a bit of grease from the pepperoni which I appreciated. Newsmax playing on the TV; I am a fan. Simple no-frills service in a clean restaurant that seats many more people inside than what you would think from the outside. Service was professional, not necessarily overly joyous but professional and to the point. Two people with tip $20.00 but the slices were big enough for two people. The bathrooms were clean.

The ONLY problem I have is the distance between this restaurant and my home in Prince George County, /seriously. I am born and raised in the city of New York. If anyone knows great pizza (besides an Italian) it’s a NY’er. I have been in VA for over 20yr and I’ve NEVER (0 exaggeration) tasted a pizza so close to New York pizza. I used to work at the high school over there and I would eat at Antonio’s DAILY! On my days off I would go and even got my daughter (from VA) on to this pizza. I stopped working at the high school, but said that wouldn’t stop me from getting this pizza. It’s been about 2 yrs or less and I finally sat down to Google the name, address, and hrs of this restaurant. Found, found, and found, but sadly they don’t open on Sundays. Trust and believe, I/We will be there tomorrow for a number of items. Especially since is a 40-50min drive there. THANK YOU ANTONIO FOR TAKING HOME FOR THESE FEW MOMENTS.

I got their 2-slice lunch pizza special for $9. It was 11:30 am, it was not busy, and you’d think the pizza would at least be hot. It was cold. It was inedible. There was no sauce, the cheese wasn’t melted, the crust was floppy and mealy. I ate 1/2 slice and threw the rest away. Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Frozen Lean Cuisine pizza is better. Just terrible.
On top of that, they had Newsmax on the television. I have serious concerns with any business or manager that chooses to show any political views in their establishment, right or left. It’s just stupid – you alienate half your customer base off the bat. Even if it was delicious pizza, I wouldn’t go back just from that judgment call alone.

We got kicked out of the establishment by the owner/manager when my husband went to pay for our meal at the front. He saw the server that we had the time before, who was kind and friendly. He let her know he had sent her information about volunteer opportunities for college and her resume, if she was still interested, per our previous interactions.
The manager kicked us out on the spot FOR LIFE and said we were trying to steal her employee, and it was already hard for her to get and keep employees. We denied we would ever do such a thing, tried to speak cordially with her, and explain ourselves, even apologizing for the misunderstanding, but she wouldn’t listen to anything we said. She just kept repeating that we were not welcome there anymore. She even told me to get my husband under control when he was standing quietly by my side the entire time.
The employees cowered; they seemed afraid of her. If she treats customers like this, how is she treating her staff?
This is a small town. I don’t understand why she’d kick out customers for life who were only trying to be friendly.
What a shame. Our server was wonderful and the kids liked the food.

We ordered pizza for lunch. I ordered the premium pizza, Meatlovers and Supreme. They were horrible. Very little toppings or flavor. I expected more for what I had to pay

Our first visit and I must it was a very clean establishment and friendly staff. They have something on the menu for everyone. We tried the subs and impressed. Only issue I had was I specifically said no lettuce on my choice sub. I saw the waitress write it down so there must’ve been a miscommunication from the notepad to the preparer’s hand. After picking all the lettuce strips off the sub, it was good. We’re coming back to try a pizza and we’ll check our order before we leave.

Great food and atmosphere. We usually get pizza from here when we don’t want our go-to “Papa Johns”. There’s just something about a brick oven style pizza. I have never gotten a bad pizza from Antonio’s. And I have never waited long either. This is great place to get pizza. I haven’t tried their other options but the pizza is great. 5 stars

Great food and service nestled in a small and cozy restaurant. We had the fried zucchini and white pizza, both were great and cooked perfectly! Pictured is the huge zucchini slice.
