My husband and I walked in for the first time I asked the cook to make me come back. We came back a week later. The Pizza was awesome. The bread had a nice little crust on the bottom. The ingredients they were not stingy. Their Pizza is delicious. We will continue to come to Antonio. The prices are very good. We got a medium for 17.00 and some change. Nice very friendly staff.

Been enjoying this place for the past 5 years. We are always excited to eat pizza from Antonio’s. Not any more. Looks like they have changed ownership and pizza tastes and has the same texture as Porky’s. Dough, sauce, cheese are all different. Very disappointed in the changes and sad to see the great pizza go. Will not be returning…

This place is amazing. There are many deals and options. The pizza is not greasy. This place is better than Hut, Dominos, and Mountain Mike. If you don’t believe me just look at the ratings and compare them to others.

Ordered a pizza with some friends and we waited outside. The guy behind the counter was not very happy, did not greet us and did not want to talk. He was dismissive of us and it seemed like we were bothering him. We tipped him $11 thinking that maybe he was having a rough day and I saw their tip jar was empty. $5 cash, $5 credit and another extra dollar. Our order was under $50. I worked in the service industry, I was a house keeper, and I was a landscaper. I’ve dealt with good and bad customers, but I’ve never acted as miserable as him.

One of my friends sub sandwich was finished before the rest of the food. We saw a bag on the counter for about 15 minutes and we thought it must be someone’s to go order. Finally the guy behind the counter told us that it’s ours. About another 15 minutes later our pizza was done and I said “woah that’s huge” and the guy behind the counter was rude and say “you ordered the 24″ why are you surprised?”. We needed napkins and plates, which I came back for, and again he seemed bothered.

We did eat, and it was amazing. As good as when the previous owner ran it.

The biggest issue it seems this place has is the staff. Any restaurant is only as good as the staff working there. They are the connection between the community and their product(food). My wife works down the street and her job used to get pizza from here regularly for office parties and morale events. They used to pizza weekly, but not anymore. Now it’s a last resort option. The food quality isn’t the issue she says.

What would make this place better: improve the staff’s attitude. After reading your reviews, you seem to be fixated on Atwan no longer being there, and that’s messing with people’s perceptions. Instead, what we liked about the previous staff is that they were familiar, welcoming, and cared about their customers. If you can make this happen, I’ll gladly return. The prices are still fair, the quality of food is still amazing. It just doesn’t feel like the staff cares.

I get it, running a business is hard. I’d gladly support this restaurant over a pizza chain every day of the week. But please make it feel like you appreciate us customers. I don’t want it to feel awkward like we aren’t welcome. If you are understaffed, busy, or having a rough day, convey that to us customers who want to support your business.

I won’t stop coming here, I’m just disappointed. I hope it improves.

Pizza is delicious and fresh! I have ordered the party pizza and it is always a hit. The meat lovers pizza is amazing, and their prices are reasonable. It is a hole in a wall place that you have to order to go. They don’t take too long to have your pizza ready. Customer service has always been good.

This was my favorite pizza in town. WAS!!! There is a new owner after almost 35 years and it’s changed. My wife and I loved this pizza so much we had it at our wedding rehearsal dinner. We have always ordered the same thing so we noticed when we ordered today and not only did they mess up on making and charging the order but they changed the dough!!! It used to be amazing but now it tastes like cheap Pizza Hut dough. Hard to describe but it went from 10/10 to 3/10. The cheese and sauce are the same but it was extremely disappointing. Also it was the first time being put on hold for 2 minutes at 4:00 on a Thursday…. also first time seeing someone sitting on a stool flirting with a coworker instead of working.

I placed my order several hours in advance, but still had to wait in line for over an hour and a half just to pick up my pizza, and there weren’t even that many people in line. Again, this line was just people who had already ordered their pizza and were only there to pay for their order and leave. The service at this restaurant is extremely inefficient. When I finally got the pizza, it wasn’t even good. The cheese was extremely chewy and the ingredients tasted cheap. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

We love Antonio Pizza! My family and I have been enjoying Antonio (I believe it used to be called Antonious) Pizza since 1997 when we first moved to the area. He knows us by first name and often knows what we will likely order and how much–“10 meatballs?” he will say. He is a funny and witty guy often kidding around. I have a friend in Lancaster who knows about Antonio’s. Folks come from all over. Antonio Pizza is a staple in the community! Antonio Pizza is the best!

UPDATE: the four of us decided to toss the $40 pizza out. I plodded through a second piece in hopes of salvaging but no…tossed…. ORIGINAL: Not the same… i had no idea of new owners until I tasted the pizza…it was not the usual great pizza and was just barely okay… why take over an establishment that was “great enough” for you to take it over only to change it for the worse…about equal to pizza hut now – at twice the price… not coming back…

Words don’t do it justice, this is probably the best pizza I have ever had. Amazing customer service.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza, large beef and olives pizza and a large chicken and pineapple pizza. Total came out to $36.25 (the best $36 bucks I’ve ever spent).
