This place was great growing up. Hands down best hoagie around. However, over the years the quality has gone way down. I got sick the last 2 times I had a chicken or turkey hoagie there. Don’t think they are washing/sanitizing their cutting board or equipment regularly enough. I simply won’t go there any more, nor recommend them, as it’s not worth the risk.

Not going to lie I’ve been a big fan of Antonellas since 2007 and idk what happened today but I’ve got to say the Italian hoagie was the worst I’ve ever had, no olive oil anywhere, it was so dry I could choke on it and then the tomatoes, just take a look. I’m sorry to whoever put this hoagie together of mine was having a bad day but now I’m having one too bc I still hungry and out $$. Sad day for the Italian hoagie from Antonella’s today.

Their employee is terrible! I parked in the parking lot. one of their employees was in their car, I didn’t know they were in their car. Both cars I parked between were on the white line, so I was very close to both cars. The employee repeatedly hit my car with his door with my child in the car, scaring my teenage daughter!!! She called me while I was inside the establishment crying for me to come help her! He took pictures of my teenage daughter as well! Cursed at me, verbally harassing me the whole time I was there! Do not recommend don’t bring your children here!

I was so excited to try a new place (hoping it could a regular place to stop to grab take outs) but was very disappointed. The chicken cutlets on the sub were dried out and the sub lacked any taste. There was very little mozzarella (I’d expect it to be melted on a hot sub) but it wasn’t. The balsamic glazed drizzle was about the best thing on it.

But, after reading the negative encounter a customer had with your employee outside the store, I decided to take my dining choices elsewhere. I failed to see accountability or feedback from the owner in reference to his rude and disrespectful behavior. If this is the type of individual you hire, how could I ever trust my food.
