We went sort of late at night, and a lot of places won’t offer everything on their menu, but they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Everything was made from scratch, which yes, took a bit longer, but so worth the (reasonable) wait. This might be the best Honduran food I’ve tried from a restaurant/food truck in the United States. My family and I will 100% be back.

If you are looking for a place to eat, and don’t know where to go. And you are here searching to see if you should come here. Ima tell you DO IT!! We left EPIC Universe after celebrating my child’s 6th Birthday. We were STARVING! We came here because my father who was with us, wanted some real Honduran food. When we got here, there were people here already. We had to park on the side of the bldg, which was seconds from the food truck. It was our 1st time here so we weren’t sure what to get. They had the Menu on a sign in front of the truck. We began looking and before we could go to the Trucks window, a lady came to take our order. We ordered 5 meals – 2 steak and tortillas – 2 tipico Catrachos which is basically tortilla with eggs, cream and beans. And 1 order of Tacos. We also got an extra side of Tortilla (comes with 3) with 3 sodas, 1 coffee and 1 horchata. I will admit it did take about 40-50 min for the food to come out so I didn’t love that HOWEVER once we got the food. I forgot all about the wait time lol Everything was fresh! Delicious! Authentic! The portions were AMAZING! I had 2 tacos left over since I couldn’t finish my food. The owner said they have another truck but I don’t remember where he said. The it came time to pay. My bill came out to 83$ and some change. Honestly it would’ve been more expensive to go to a regular restaurant and I don’t think I would’ve enjoy it as much. I paid and gave them a tip. I spoke with the chef and she did tell us she was from Honduras. Both my father and I are from Honduras too. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Come and enjoy!! You won’t regret it!
