I came in for a Mangonada this afternoon, and will be going back before my visit to the city is over.
Everything about the Mangonada was good. Maybe not the most incredibly ripe mangoes ever, but overall it was a beautiful thing.
I don’t think the girl at the counter spoke English, but she was able to get somebody from the back that did when I had questions.
I only got a Mangonada, but all the creams looked great, and the place was clean and bright.

Amazing service, but not authentic Mexican at all. Great atmosphere and very clean, loved the lady who served me. I got a few things for my family. My daughters elote tasted like can corn and the mangonada was literally just a scoop of ice cream and some cut up mangos (supposed to be real mango, mango Icream, and mango juice blended up) very expensive for the quality of food unfortunately.

It has been a while since I received a surprise like this, the place caught my eye with the Piña Loca but had the Jarriloco. The combination of favors was amazing! Sweet, tangy, to spicy and salty. If you’re in the neighborhood I highly suggest you try it.

Ice cream was ok but customer service needs to be better! When I went there, the employees seemed distracted, inattentive, and it took a very long time for an ice cream. Also, one of the employees had an unhelpful attitude.

I don’t care what anybody says. This place is hands down my favorite snack/dessert spot. It might be a slight challenge to get my order in because of the language barrier, but I always leave with what I wanted. I’m super excited for their new location to open up. Sometimes you pay to have a little more for quality and appearance. It takes a long time to make a lot of their menu items.

We enjoyed our banana split & there were lots of other treats there that looked yummy but since I didn’t speak Spanish and the young lady didn’t speak English it was very hard to order and to ask questions about things. Also no pricing was available so that was a little bit confusing but all ingredients were very fresh and what we ordered was good

We almost never leave negative reviews, but hopefully this will help the owners to modify how they’re doing things. Not only was there no one speaking English there (or at least it seemed), none of the staff even attempted to help us. Besides the banana split on their photographic menu (no descriptions available in English or Spanish), we had no idea of what any of the other items were. We held off getting some ice cream while in town so we could support the new “ice cream” shop in our neighborhood… Very disappointed and hope they will reconsider adding some English descriptions (or any descriptions for that matter) or a standard menu.

This place is the best place I’ve been in Naples. Claudia was very patient explaining the different items that i asked about… she was so helpful and I really appreciated her excellent customer service. I decided on the takislicos and their homemade ice cream bar, nuez (nuts). It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. WAY BETTER THAN I EVEN EXPECTED.
