We took a trip from MN to AZ when we decided to stop for food. While this little truck apeared a simple food truck they served the BEST mexican food I have ever had. I am vegetarian and got the fried veggie taco things (IDK the only vegetarian option I could read). They were all I could think about the entire trip. The ENTIRE trip. They did not speak any English but were still able to figure out exactly what we wanted. Crazy patience for dealing with people who had no idea what anything on the menu was. Please go here.

Stumbled upon this place driving through town. Seemed a bit sketch in its location, but the food was muy delicioso. Service was great too. Be aware they only speak Spanish and the menu is fully in Spanish, so have out google translate if you aren’t semi-conversational in the least.

This food truck is a health code violation with wheels. I ordered a torta and got dry bread, mystery meat, and toppings that looked like they were thrown on in a fit of rage. The truck itself was filthy — grease everywhere, flies buzzing, and a smell that screamed “do not eat here.”

Wildflower Classic
I went there once in search of elote. They don’t serve it but what sets them apart is the lady comes to your car so pull up and wait. Chile relleno burrito was perfect, green salsa was spicy and heavenly, chile toreados at an excellent price. She was also kind enough to let me buy a side of nopales which was well flavored and juicy. I don’t eat much meat so I really appreciated this. I will definitely be back.

Nice food truck, small wait but there were about 10 cars waiting. They came out to the car for orders. Burrito was great with added salsa for spice.

Rice was from the bottom of the pan “burnt” spent $62.00 on bland food service was good but the food lacked flavor. The frijoles charros tasted more like cowboy ham and beans . The meat was burnt over cooked and we found paper in the food.
