While eating fresas con crema after taking the 3rd bite and the old fruit taste was consistent, this is what I discovered.. unripe and days old strawberry’s. For the price I paid, I was very disappointed and will not be doing business again.

Worst customer service. I don’t think the lady is fully aware of what she is doing. This is the second time in that store. I’m a customer at the other location in Tacoma where all the ladies there are super friendly and know me also everytime we go to the other location I get a good deal for my kids each scoop for $4. She tried arguing with me saying that does not exist in that store even tho there own by the same owner. She wanted to sell me one scoop for just $8 i think it’s ridiculous and overpriced. Food is good but customer service is awful. I used to order the tostiesquites on a regular basis. I came in a while ago, ordered my regular, and was given an order of tostilocos.
When I brought it back up to the counter to explain my order was wrong I was told “not to try and pronounce it if I dont know how to say it.” I pronounced it correctly, she got my order wrong and was trying to blame me.
There is a clear difference between “esk-ee-tes” and “locos.” No one misunderstood me the countless times ive ordered before (including over the phone). This experience gave me an unwelcome feeling so I just learned to make it myself at home

Good food for cravings, but when asking for a menu item most are not available. They forgot a drink of ours and had to show our receipt because it wouldn’t show up in their system. And we had to wait again!

Finally a place that reminds me of Southern California, Mexico, and Texas. Deliscious elote, and taki nachos. Friendly staff. And just happy to see something different in Auburn that you won’t get from anywhere else.
