The birria tacos were yummy, especially after adding a bit of heat from the salsa bar (mancha – chili oil) to the birria broth. The beef supreme burrito was also delicious, I am not sure if this is Wisconsin thing – we did not expect a white cheese sauce on top of burrito.

Customer service was nice, food was good. I say add a lil bit of more seasoning or salt and it would be one of the best trucks in town, I bet adding more seasoning for a week and watch foot traffic increase.

Stopped by this taco truck and was really impressed. The quesadilla was great—flavorful and perfectly cooked. You can tell they care about quality. The staff was friendly and quick, and the prices were fair for how good the food was. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been here about three times now and the service is great. I’ve been recognized all the time and they always ask how my day is. I would say their food is also very good and very authentic for Mexican food. I stop by with my partner and we’re always welcome. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for great food and service.

This is hands down the best most authentic Mexican food in Rochester. The staff are from Mexico and the ingredients are really fresh. The prices are fair and the portions are a good size. I had the Torta de Lengua and I was not disappointed. There is no dine in available but if you’re looking for the best Mexican food this is the place. I plan on coming back each time I’m in Rochester. Buen trabajo chicos!
