Stopped by today for the first time and tried the Asada & Chicken Pupusas. Those were soft and definitely freshly made. The Nuegados con Chilate were really good. Pricing was fair for the portions. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and want an intro to Salvadoran food.

Thank God I finally found a real good Salvadoran restaurant near Fresno. This place is great for Pupusas and other Salvadoran dishes like Yuca Frita and on the weekends Sopa de Patas :). I definitely recommend this place especially because they sell other Salvadoran goodies as you can see on the pics I have included in this review.

Picked up delicious pupusas here in February 2024. I recommend calling in your order ahead. Good selection of canned soda available. We tried the Chicharon, pollo, and carnitas I believe–all were so good! I think the chicken was my fav. Definitely would stop by again when heading down the 180 W through Kerman.

I am so happy I stopped here to eat. Yes everyone raves about their papusas, but there gorditas are AMAZING!!!! they are hand made with cornflour which is very difficult to find since most Mexican restaurant don’t use hand made cornflour. Food was delicious, I can’t say anything negative about this place. The service was great.

Today I orders, 3 menudos and I got no more then a scoop of menudo including the pata. It had more caldo then anything. I know things are expensive , but keep in mind that we work hard for our money and we should get what we pay for. My total was 56.99
