Nice restaurant and bar with good food in a very crowded field. Rooftop seats have a great view, but subject to the weather while the inside seating is tight. Nice bar. Fish sandwich and Elk Burger and Mac and Cheese were very good. Harissa chicken bowl was a little bland, generally, menu was a little limited. Good luck finding a parking spot!!

Had a good time on Christmas Eve. The view was nice for being in town. The staff was friendly for sure. We had a couple drinks and chips and salsa. We were the only ones there so no crowds to deal with. I’ll be returning when we come back.

Amazing choice to come have some food and brews at this rooftop. Staff is friendly but not very efficient, so we had to go extend parking beyond the free 1 hour and 20min that is allotted on the street. Great experience and would definitely come back here again!

Great drink on the roof top enjoying the weather and okay view. But you do see a lot of the tops of the roofs that are not too appealing. The drink was nice and cold on this hot day. Plenty of seating upstairs not necessarily a children’s place cause there is missing a glass piece and I wouldn’t want to see anyone get hurt

Went in with a group of friends visiting Estes. View was amazing and drinks were ok. Limited bar options and slow to make basic drinks. If you have tavern in the name there’s an expectation that you have a decent drink menu. But with the view we didn’t care much. Service was good and friendly, like most places newer employees not familiar with procedures and service etiquette. This place has potential to be great just needs some attention to detail and focus on customer service from start to finish. Lots of men were behind the bar not doing much. Also the bathrooms require a code to get in, weird? May try again.

We’re here off-season, January, so maybe that’s why it wasn’t so great. My wife had the grilled peach salad and said it wasn’t very good. Canned, slimy peaches in an otherwise meh, medium sized salad. She also had the Sauvignon Blanc and said it too was just okay. I had the burger which was just okay. Nothing to get excited about. A fast food burger would taste about the same for half the price. The fries were just okay. I ended up getting a Guinness because the wasn’t any other stout or porter offerings. The entire beer selection was underwhelming. $61 after the tip.
There were dirty napkins on the floor and they kept the patio door open, which made the place somewhat chilly. It’s January, after all.
Our server was delightful, want to read it, prompt, and attentive. Zero complaints about him. He was the highlight of our lunch.
We can’t really recommend this restaurant and don’t think we’ll be back.

Fantastic experience when we stopped in for a late lunch. I had the OKC Burger, my husband the Harissa Chicken Bowl, and my daughter the chicken tenders. Everything was excellent, and the tenders were juicy! Our server Eren was attentive, friendly, and made sure to get us in and out quick since we were on a time crunch. Definitely recommend and will be back!
