If you have never been — you have to go! What a wonderful experience and what amazing food! Martin was our server; and from the very start to the very end — everything was just perfect. We shared three appetizers with the keftedes and spanakopitakia outrageously delicious. Two of us had the grilled salmon with some Greek spices and olive oil that has to be one of the best I have ever had; and, my other friend had the grilled calamari. She also said it was outrageous delicious. I had the Briam; a ratatouille with potatoes and vegetables that was just delicious. One friend had rice; and, the other their sauteed spinach which she said was also delicious.

Of course, hearing that the desserts were homemade by the owner — we had to indulge! The Baklava, Galaktobouriko and Portokalopika were all delicious. The menu explains everything in great detail — but, Martin was very attentive; brought all our food out promptly. All of our food was hot; and he checked on us to ensure that everything was good and we were enjoying our meal.

I am looking forward to being back in the area; and, a return to Avril and hoping Martin is our server

It’s very rare to come across a restaurant that is so good you can’t stop telling people about it. By accident we found this place l, when Another of our favorite places, was closed for lunch. We felt the warmth the second we came into the restaurant, the owner welcomed us with open arms, and proceeded to tell us about all their specialties. From the first dish, to the last bite of desert, everything was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I mean one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. This place should be on everyone’s radar, it’s a hidden gem that shouldn’t be hidden anymore. I’d give it 10 stars if I could, it was that good.

We happened upon Antik by chance—but what a wonderful discovery!

The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the people are friendly. The food was served in a timely manner, hot and fresh with large portions.

BUT oh my! The flavors were perfect! Cooked to perfection. We completely loved everything we ordered. We could eat here every day if not for living 700 miles away!

Thank you for a wonderful evening (and leftovers).

We went on a stormy windy rainy Wednesday, I thought the place would be empty but there were a few tables occupied, the atmosphere was pleasant with background music, we sat in one of the booths. It felt very relaxed and cozy.

The fish was very fresh – we ordered the whole lavraki and whole lithrini which came with one side per fish. The side dish was large enough! The appetizer grilled octopus was good and tender, not chewy.

The only surprise was that there was no complimentary bread for starters!!! Usually at restaurants in this price range customers are given some kind of bread, I was expecting pita bread being this is a Greek restaurant but nothing. I would recommend the owner to consider this.

Other than that the waitress was nice. The owner came to our table to check if everything was ok.

The food was absolutely fantastic and definitely authentic Greek. Everything was absolutely delicious, capturing perfectly the traditional flavors of Greece (reminds me of my Yiayia’s cooking). The server and the owner were so friendly and welcoming to us. The Bougatsa Custard pie was to die for and was worth the wait. And to top it off, between two people with apps, entrees, desserts, and drinks it came out under $100! So affordable! Definitely a hidden gem and worth a visit, we will definitely be back.

First time ordering. Moved to the area and happy to know this place is right nearby. Can’t wait to try their lunch specials. We ordered 2 platters. Food was good! Just a bit sad our salads – which seemed like Greek salads have no olives in them!

Hope to give them a second try soon.

We’re not quite ready for indoor dining yet but the inside looks so nice and cozy!

This was my first visit to Antik and let me tell you this place for Greek food is authentic and delicious. From the moment you walk in the door your experience begins with the atmosphere and welcoming staff! The menu offers everything from Greek coffee to great cocktails and amazing made from scratch food choices. If you crave real authentic Greek food, this is the place. Lunch specials, happy hour and friday entertainment are just a few things to mention that they offered along with takeout and catering. Located conveniently off Route 46 and with adequate parking this is a place you definitely want to try.
We had a strawberry mojito to start that was divine, appetizers, grilled seafood salad, moussaka and finished with excellent rice pudding, all were generous portions!
Maria the owner was so kind and welcoming, highly recommended. Put this place on your radar for a Greek treat!
