As self-proclaimed food enthusiasts living downtown, we were shocked to realize this gem has been here without us ever trying it. From the moment we interacted with the first staff member, the experience was far superior to any dining experience we have had in the 15 years we have lived in Salt Lake. Claudio, our phenomenal waiter, describes the food so beautifully you can taste it. Every cocktail, perfectly balanced. For our table of six we ordered four starters and six entrees and one dessert. Every. Single. Dish was shockingly delicious. We ordered the tuna crudo (Tonno and Burrata) and after two bites my table mates started trying it so I ordered a second just so I could keep it for myself. We ordered the Ravioli Sage and Butter, it was the most amazing pasta I’ve ever eaten. I will be coming back frequently, and when I’m asked what my favorite restaurant in Salt Lake is, this is my new go-to rec.

This was our first time here, and the overall experience truly exceeded our expectations. We loved everything — the atmosphere, the beautiful food and presentation, and especially our waitress, Faye. She answered every question with such knowledge and care, and we were incredibly impressed by her service.
Everything we ate was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Nothing disappointed! We came with family and had the chance to try several dishes and desserts, and honestly, we loved every single one: the Signature Carbonara with chicken, Speck and Dates, Gnocchi Sorrentino, Bruschetta Pomodoro, Polpette Della Nonna, Tortelli Alla Genovese, Panzanella, Profiterole Glass, Coppa Del Nonna, and Torta Del Nonna.
It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we will definitely be back!

What made the night even more special, though, was our server, Luigi. He provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly informative about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Our server Luigi was fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and has superb customer service. He made us feel so welcome and his service was incredibly attentive. Our meal was out of this world, the best restaurant I have ever been to here in Utah. We ordered two cocktails (the dark side & a mule) which were both great. We had the rice ball appetizer, cesar salad, bolognese & lasagna as well as tiramisu for dessert which was brought out with a complimentary cannoli with a candle to celebrate our anniversary we had mentioned right when we sat down. 100000/10 experience and meal. Will absolutely be back and would recommend to anyone!

No surprise they’ve received every award imaginable. Food was so tasty and the service was so great, that I entirely forgot my scarf in the restaurant. Bryton went totally out of his way to SHIP ME THE SCARF BACK to my home because I was already at the airport when I realized what happ.
