The top cheese was unmelted, the bottom was burnt black and the pizza itself was as soggy as can be. First time seeing sauce on top of the cheese but whatever, im not against trying something new. But this was a total fail, and for the inflated price, it was abyssmal. The $2 frozen pizzas at any grocery store are leagues better and this normal large pizza costs $20?!? How are you guys still in business? Is it just this location that sucks???
We went for lunch today and when we were sat there was only 1 other table in the restaurant. We ordered a large Ceasar salad for the table.
It took around 20 minutes for the salad to come to the table. Not enough plates or utensils on the table when it arrived. The pizza we ordered for the kids probably took 40 mins to come. Our meals did not come out together or close together.
By the time all the food came there were maybe 6 tables in the whole restaurant but only 1 server. No one is refilling our waters, bringing clean plates or clearing dirty plates.
My wife had to get up to ask for a box from the kitchen staff when we were ready to leave. The server did not ask about reward points when we were cashing out.
We love this place but will stop going if something doesn’t change.
My son had Alfredo with Italian sausage and pepperoni, my husband and I split an Italian sausage. We all loved the crust, I liked the Alfredo better than the red sauce, but my husband loved the sauce- it is a little strong on fresh tomato taste for me but his Italian side loved it. The sausage is the crumbled sausage not the sliced, the pepperoni has a little spice to it, which was delicious.
Allergy- no egg in the crust and they do have a gluten free option for $4.50 more.
Price- the crust is thin which makes $20 for a 12 inch pizza kind of a lot, but it is more of a restaurant and not a pizza joint; you are paying for fresher ingredients, a sit down restaurant, a full bar and a server. We were informed that you can sign up for their rewards program and get a free pizza for signing up and another on your birthday, that will help with cost.
The salad used to be good but is now just barely mediocre and also grossly overpriced. Will never return.
