I have ordered 3 pizzas in the last 3 months – in store: cheese, was extremely salty for some reason, 2nd pizza was paulies which was decent also in store; 3rd was another paulies take out and it was a cracker — hard, thin crust, nothing on the last 3 inches of the “pizza”. The service has gone to crap, the pizza has been crap two out of three times. This used to be the “go to” place for the best pizza… now, frozen is just as good and a lot cheaper. Do better.

I had an awesome experience at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out hot and fast. The pizza had that perfect crispy coal-fired crust, the toppings were generous, and the wings were some of the best I’ve had in a long time.

I also want to highlight the excellent service from Marc. He was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. He checked on our table often, made sure our drinks were always full, and had great suggestions from the menu. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience.

Between the great food and Marc’s outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza and recommending it to friends and family.

My husband and I went last night and sat at the bar. Nestor was our bartender. Nice guy. He gave us great service. The young lady that welcomed us was very nice as well. Drinks, pizza and wings were delicious. We will be back.

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza delivers big on flavor! From their amazing chicken wings to the fresh garlic and chunky tomato sauce, every bite feels crafted with care. The drink prices are great, and the extensive menu has something for everyone, from appetizers to desserts. The staff is attentive, though the bustling vibe can make service a tad slow. Still, the taste and quality are worth the wait!

Edit (1/10/26) – Am impressed with Anthony’s prompt acknowledgement of issues cited, and their taking ownership. Anyone can have a bad day. Much appreciated.
We typically visit Anthony’s regularly, and look forward to doing so. But tonight was not up to par.
Given it’s a Friday night, and the college football championship finals are on, service was unbearably slow. We ordered two pizzas for the four of us. For unknown reason there was a gap of 30 minutes between receiving the first and the second pizza (ordered at the same time). Our server sensing our frustration seemingly gave up on dealing with the kitchen and took up other tasks, simply abandoning us, until we had to request the check. Seems as if there was a disproportionately heavy volume of takeout competing for kitchen capacity. The takeout line stretched from the desk to the door most of the duration of our visit. Not a great dining experience, can’t recommend based on tonight. Will consider before returning.

Ordered a pizza for pickup. Hadn’t ordered in a few months because the last pizza I ordered was a 3/10. I gave it another shot and I can definitely see why the brand is slowly declining. No flavor, so sad Anthony’s! What has happened?
Very hospitable and friendly staff.

Consistent for years and forever my safe choice. When I want pizza that won’t let me down or rob me blind, this is it. Plain, good pizza that actually hits the spot. Thank you for respecting my money and my cravings.

Today was a sad day. My usual spot to bring my guest for amazing pizza must have been taken over by imposters. My 1000th Paulie’s pie was not made with a single ingredient I recognized. This was chuck e cheese quality. RIP Anthony’s my pie was chewy, wet and like nothing I expected.

We are pizza lovers and always have loved Anthony’s pizza and wings. Today, Jan, 1st at their Pinecrest location, the crust on our 16” pizza with onions, mushrooms, and prosciutto that we took home to eat tasted stale as did the bread included with the chicken wings. They were very skimpy with the toppings, the tomato sauce seemed to be slopped on top and not baked in, and the pizza as a whole was very salty tasting. Since there’s no shortage of pizza places in Pinecrest and surroundings, I wanted to give pizza lovers a heads up that they may find Anthony’s pizza disappointing in 2026. It’s kind of sad. We even threw out the leftovers which is a major statement for us.
