Great place for lunch or dinner in Anacortes. The view is nice if you are seated near the windows. It is a little pricey but the food is great. The service is okay. We had to ask for refills a couple times because she would forget. Other than that, I recommend giving this place a try.

As Most Time RVers, we’ve traveled the U.S. and Canada looking for the very best chowder and fish & chips, using our Dawg Haus Blog rating system: The Best (only one earns this title), Very Good, Good, OK, and Not Impressed. While staying nearby, we tried Anthony’s at Cap Sante Marina. The clam chowder was Good—plenty of clams and potato but not as flavorful as others we’ve had. The fish & chips were moist, nicely crusted, and Very Good with excellent tartar sauce. Fries and a large onion ring were also Very Good. Tempura shrimp were solid, though the ginger slaw was a bit heavy-handed. Great meal overall with the bonus of marina views.

This restaurant is absolutely incredible! You’ll love the breathtaking view, the open kitchen, and the friendly staff. And the food!! They even let you in right before closing time, which is a huge plus. We went there at 8 pm on a Saturday, and they were still taking customers after 8:30 pm. That’s amazing customer service right there. Everything we had was so good and you definitely need to try their clam chowder! Oh and the freshly baked sourdough bread!

We stopped by for a late lunch, and we’re seated right away. There is plenty of parking. As soon as we walked in, we got a good vibe and knew we were gonna have a good meal. There are wonderful views of the Marina. Service by Spencer was professional and welcoming. The food was nicely presented and very tasty. The huckleberry bourbon mash was disappointing…….it needed more berry! Definitely will be back.

The food was great. I was disappointed because the lady next to us was complaining to management the whole time and they were supposed to fix all her issues And never did. It being our first time there she kinda ruined the vibe. She was very loud the entire time we tried to have dinner about all her issues. Pretty sure she was just a Karen. Her husband kept trying to calm her down. My food was the same price as my husband’s food but his portions were pretty small. It all tasted wonderful. My salad had something so hard in it that it hurt my tooth. I spit it out and it sounded like a pebble when it hit the bowl. Otherwise even with the Karen and the hard thing in my salad we enjoyed our visit. The staff was extremely nice and prompt.

I went with my two youngest kids. It’s not uncommon for places to provide lower service standards at other places when I’m out alone with the kids but that did not happen here. Service was amazing from the server and entire staff. I got the Sunday surf and turf special and it was amazing. I almost never get sirloin steak but it was flavorful and tender. I was amazed at how affordable the kids meals are. We will be back.

Anniversary of a family member’s death. Wanted a glass of chard and oysters to commemorate. Oysters were too much $$$. Ordered clam chowder instead. Sooooo fishy. Only one choice of chard …vinegary…
Went with the “prize winning” clam chowder instead. Too fishy. Got Progresso chowder and a can of clams at Safeway, and made my own at home. Just saying. Service was polite.

Casual atmosphere with a nice marina view. I had the scallops which were cooked perfectly in a delicious buttery sauce. Hubby enjoyed his steak too. Prompt, friendly service.
