Waited 20+ minutes for a coffee. I wasn’t the only one there was a few people as well. Two people got their coffee before me when I was there first …wasn’t too busy so I don’t see why it took so long. Coffee was a little too sweet for my liking .

Hi, I normally don’t complain, but I feel the need to share my experience at the Anthem Coffee location in Litchfield Park.
I visited the drive-thru a couple of times recently. The microphone didn’t seem to be working, so I pulled up to the window and waited. I saw a woman inside working—we even made eye contact a few times—but she never came to the window to acknowledge or take my order. Eventually, I saw another woman walk out with a drink, so I asked if they were open. She told me they were.
As a paralyzed veteran, I appreciate and often rely on drive-thru access. I didn’t want to get out and go inside just to get a coffee, so I ended up driving over to Black Rock instead.
Just wanted to share this experience in hopes it can help improve things going forward—for myself and others who depend on accessible service.

Anthem Coffee’s hospitality is top tier. I always feel welcomed and happy to be there. The staff is very friendly and kind hearted. The restrooms are always clean and well stocked. The music selection is great and brings back fond memories of my past. The food is tasty and filling. The chocolate chip cookie was a meal by itself and tastes like a cookie dough cookie with plenty of chocolate chips that would probably be even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream although it is very sweet on its own. The bacon and egg bagel sandwich was warm, comforting, very appetizing, and my favorite so far. Thanks for making my time there comfortable and relaxing.

I’d been wanting to try the Anthem experience for some time and it did not disappoint! We went all in – a little cortado, quiche, and slice of banana bread. Everything was 11/10. Not only is the coffee great but the baked goods are next-level. Great music, great ambiance, can’t wait to go back.

I have to laugh but also need to share. I ordered a large black tea with extra ice. This is my first time checking this place out. Mind you, I was very thirsty. Total was $6.37 for a “large” iced tea. Please note that this “large” is the size of a small QT cup for reference. The barista was nice. I just won’t be going back for a $6 iced tea. That’s crazy. The taste of the tea was just fine. Normal tea- nothing to get overwhelmed about. See photo next to bottle for size reference. Also, they did not give me the price at the order speaker. They had me pull up to the window. I was so thirsty I just paid for it but knew I wouldn’t be going back.

The coffee is great and employees are nice but SO SLOW!!! The line is not super long like Dutch or Starbucks but it still takes just as long or longer. 3/3 times I’ve been here first or second car in line and still wait 5-10 minutes in the drive through. The card reader NEVER works for my card and they have to bring it inside to use it. This is the only place I have that problem with

My wife and I came for breakfast and coffee. No one greeted us or seemed to be working the register, which felt odd. Ordering from the self-serve screen was frustrating and not intuitive for customizing drinks. The staff vibe was unwelcoming, and service was slow. The coffee and breakfast bagel were good, but the bacon avocado toast was mid — cheap bacon and eggs seemed like hard boiled eggs from a package. What business doesn’t have salt and pepper for their guests? Apparently this one.

The staff is amazing. During a recent internet outage, several people had gathered for wifi access. Even after the store lost their internet and they had to temporarily close, they allowed a few of us to stay as our wifi stayed present. They went even further in offering coffee to folks who had gathered on the patio for what little wifi was available. This shop is the definition of community and neighborhood support. And as amazing as the staff is, the food and coffee are just as extraordinary.

I came across this coffee place when I started going on hikes at Verrado and this place is amazing.
I’ve asked the baristas twice for what they recommend and both recommendations were amazing.
I’ve tried their most popular drink Crem Beule ice late and a Marble Ices coffee both taste amazing and are not to sweet.
I have also tried the mango protein bowl – it melted by the time I got home but was still very good. Today I tried the chili oil avocado toast and again- great!
They do offer different food items and have a Huge menu of drinks to choose from.
The drive through can be a little slow but early in the morning it’s not so bad and the staff is very friendly.
