Great American bar food!!!! I had the French Onion Soup and my husband had the Ruben Sandwich. I drank Otto’s Crafted Soda and my husband had one of the dark beers they had on tap. It was our first time here. The staff were great and friendly!!!! Definitely we will be going back!!!!

This was a great find on our trip to this area. It’s conveniently located right outside of the entrance to a park with lots of trails. So, after you’ve worked up an appetite, you can fill your belly.
The staff were kind and attentive. The food was very good. My ONLY complaint is that I asked for my burger medium and it came back well done. However, it was STILL very tasty. The taco salad received two thumbs up as well .
It IS cash ONLY so bring your own. They do have an ATM but it charges a fee.

We ate lunch here and liked it so much we came back the next day too. The cheese steak was excellent, so were the burgers, and my wife’s salad was fresh and excellent. The second visit we had a Rachel special that was very good. Also try the fries, especially the sweet potato fries.

The best place by far on our vacation. Did not think it would be that great. But it’s clean, waitress was great, and the food was even better. You don’t feel over crowded even though every table was full. Loved it.

This is a nice place to go for a really good meal and a drink. I had garlic parm wings, and they were delicious. The wings were covered in thick sauce with plenty of cheese and garlic that was very tasty. My wife had a grilled chicken salad and she loved it. She said the greens were incredibly fresh like they were just picked that day and also that the cucumbers were extra “cucumbery”? She was very impressed. Great meal and friendly lively staff!

We were a party of 8 and had just spent several hours at the funeral home planning our mom’s funeral. We were starved and there was no place open in town so we decided to try the Burnin’ Barrel. When we walked in it was very busy and the waitress warned us that it would be a long wait for food. She was bartender and waitress and the place was packed. She was so pleasant and friendly and unflustered. We gave her a huge tip and she earned it. The food was the best bar food any of us had ever eaten. It was fresh and plentiful and hot. We did wait for a while but it was worth it. The beer was good. Her name was Patience and she was very much so. I’ll go back there again when I’m in town. Thank you Patience.
