The service was great. There surprisingly wasn’t a line today. The decor inside is so cute! Plenty of street parking. We were taken on a flavor tour and Omgggg yumm!! I’m so excited that I finally got around to trying this location. I live near An’s dry cleaning and have tried that one. The flavors today were so yummy! The mango passion fruit was super refreshing and so rich in flavor. I decided to order the visor (pistachio) and Coppola. The Coppola had big yummy pieces of dark chocolate cookies… it was to die for. I regret not getting a bigger bowl lol. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their yummy rotating flavors!

A little hard to find parking, but honestly totally worth it. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the place itself is clean and cozy with a nice vibe. I got the mango sorbet and strawberry matcha, and both were absolutely delicious—so flavorful and refreshing. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients. Definitely coming back to try more flavors! ✨

Queue can be a little long just after lunch or dinner time. They chat with each group of customers and will let you try all the flavors you want before ordering. The flavors are always changing so it’s interesting every visit. Worth the wait as the ice-cream is really good with lots of chunky ingredients. Definitely worth a visit.

We had such a great experience here at An’s Hatmakers when visiting San Diego. I saw their videos in Instagrams and I wanted to try this out. We were able to taste test all the flavors that they have to offer through their “flavors tour”. Even though the line is a little long, it was totally worth it because of their excellent service and creative flavors. Straw hat flavor (mango and passionfruit) is so refreshing and yummy.

About as unique as top quality ice cream can get without being overdone. And you pay extra for the privilege. Very generous sampling tour and friendly folk who serve it. They clearly emphasize a proper customer service experience. Popular for good reason and definitely worth a visit!

SUPER CUTE SHOP, the interior is super cute and themed around a hatmaker shop. The flavors are changed based on seasons, weeks, and even holidays, and there’s even flavors named based on different types of hats! The flavors are all super rich and amazing every time.

It’s a very small shop with limited seating inside. Be aware they only have 7 flavors available. The nice thing is they let you taste all of them before choosing your favorites to buy. Wish they have a few more than 7 flavors to choose from.
Gelato flavors are unique and not something you get elsewhere. They are delicious. It’s in a little plaze across the street from the beach. If you go upstairs, you can pretty much eat the ice-cream while enjoying the beach view.
