Back in the 90s, if you stood downwind a block or so away from this bar, you could smell it. It reeked like an ashtray. Not sure if they’ve cleaned it up since then. This was where all the old men would hang out and drink cheap beer all night. Most of them were mellow fellows, so there weren’t very many bar fights here back in the day.
