I want to start off by saying our server Liz was AMAZING!!!! She made sure to explain any questions we had about the menu. She was so respectful, great attitude, kept a smile on her face and it felt genuine. Her energy is just so attracting. Secondly, the food was to die for ! Everything was 1000/10. I have no comments on what to do better, everything was amazing. In the pictures we have apple fritter french toast, cheese eggs and andouille sausage. Cajun shrimp omelette and potatoes and a strawberry mimosa. The mimosa was amazing and im usually not a drinker. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who asks about. Also, I recommend LIZ she needs a raise . Even on the way out the greeters and other servers spoke.

Another broken egg cafe if highly misleading, it’s an understatement.
This is definitely not another broken egg, it is yolky deliciousness turned into magic. It is amazing to think that something as simple as an omelette can be so complex and delicious. Specially when combined with seafood as in their lobster omelette.
And eating something delicious is good by itself but it is better paired with great service. If they bring pancakes with a smile, it is scientifically proven to make the pancakes taste better. They know that and do it pretty well.
However, as anything that is successful can be a victim of it is own success and the atmosphere feels busy and people eager to get in and being in line with a time limit to finish their food makes the atmosphere a bit less amazing. Not enough to decrease the food and service quality, but enough to notice it.
Overall a great brunch experience that you should try every now and again.

Loved our experience at this cute cafe! The inside is decorated for fall and I loved it! I also enjoyed the ambience in the café. The music reminded me of swing music. The food and drinks were so good! As you can tell, I almost forgot to take pictures of our meal as we were eating! I got the seasonal pumpkin spice cold brew coffee as well as the pumpkin graham cracker waffle. So sweet and rich! I loved the combination. Our waitress Courtney was a hoot! Great service. 10/10 would recommend! I can’t wait to see what they do for their Christmas menu.

When we arrived there was a huge line outside and I received a text saying that for parties of 6 or more there is a 2 hour wait after checking in. I pleasantly surprised when I received a text saying to go to the host my table is ready after only waiting 5 minutes! We were greeted with delicious beignet’s as a gift for first time guests. The coffee was delicious. Our server Jade was top tier! Her attention to detail and knowledge of the menu was impeccable. The Monterey omelette was made to perfection and the southern bowl was so good not a crumb was left in the bowl. I highly recommend this location. There is ample parking and it’s close enough to all my favorite stores that I can do a little shopping after.

We mentioned to the hostess it was our first time here and she ended up surprising us with complimentary beignets!! We tried the cinnamon roll French toast and the sausage biscuits and gravy. Omg!! The quality of the food, amazing.came out quickly too… it was a very busy Sunday when we went, but with OpenTable, we were able to join the waitlist while on the way there! Truly the best experience ever, Jordan was our waiter and he was exceptional! Great vibes, mentioned the holiday menu and which were the customers favorites… great customer service, great atmosphere, and the food was so good. Can’t wait to come back and try something else! Thank you Jordan for making our first time visiting amazing! Shout out to management as well for handling a busy day while still taking care of hungry customers

The first red flag was these reviews. Any restaurant that has a bunch of recent reviews with servers names in them is bad news. We went any way.
To be fair, the service was pretty good. Our server was good. The coffee was really good, and the bourbon banana pancakes were AMAZING. I would absolutely go back exclusively for the pancakes.
I ordered eggs Benedict, and the eggs came nearly completely raw. They were barely cooked on the outside. I sent them back, and the server was very understanding about it.
The second plate had eggs that were way over cooked. The server was awesome and she asked to watch me cut in to the eggs to make sure they were cooked.
She saw how overcooked they were, and without me saying anything, she offered to have them remade a third time. I declined, since I had a meeting and was running short on time.
My boyfriend ordered a burger without cheese because he’s lactose intolerant. Not sure if the burger naturally doesn’t come with any sauce, mayo or otherwise, but he said it was the driest burger he’s ever had, and the beef was overcooked. He said his side of potatoes weren’t good, but mine were good.
Great pancakes though! 11/10 service, 2/10 ability to cook eggs or beef.

There are not enough characters for me to express my love of this restaurant in a review! Call ahead, get on the list, my party waited for 2 and 1/2 minutes. Our server was a beautiful young boy who treated us as though we were the only people in that packed restaurant. My shrimp and crawfish omelette almost brought tears to my eyes, our cocktails were delicious, and I brought home apple fritter french toast for 3 days of dessert! ABE is not cheap when you booze it up, but the food is absolutely delicious. I actually get dressed up for that place!

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Every employee we encountered was kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience feel special from the start.
Both Erica, our host, and Jade, our server, deserve major recognition. Erica greeted us with warmth and made us feel right at home, Erica went the extra mile by making sure we were seated in a spot that accommodated my sister’s wheelchair comfortably. Jade checked in often even while juggling a busy section and made sure we had everything we needed.
The food arrived hot and fresh, the drinks were great, and the atmosphere was just as enjoyable as the service.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely be back ☺️

Visiting from Boston! This cafe is amazing! We got the Café Amore and the Spiked Caramel Cold Brew. Don’t ask questions just get it. Southwestern omelette and bourbon street pancakes were both incredible!
Our server Nicole made the experience! She knows the menu front to back and gives such useful advice/tips. Writing this review IN the restaurant as we finish up because it’s that good. Both The Broken Egg Café and Nicole deserve all the credit in the world.

I went here for brunch with my friend Alex! From our arrival to the moment we were seated, we were greeted with such pleasantries and friendly smiles. Our waitress was incredibly polite and well heredes of the menu. She recommended great options and since it was our first time there, she gave us complementary Beignets for the table. We had an amazing experience!
