A Golden Standard for Breakfast in Pensacola ✨
Rating: ★★★★★
If you are looking for the absolute best way to start your morning in Pensacola, look no further than Another Broken Egg Cafe. I’ve visited many breakfast spots across the Gulf Coast, but this location consistently sets the bar for quality, atmosphere, and hospitality.

The Food: Freshness You Can Taste
The menu here isn’t just your standard “eggs and bacon” fare; it’s an elevated culinary experience. Everything feels incredibly fresh and intentional.
• The Highlights: I highly recommend the Lobster & Brie Omelette—it was rich, decadent

• A Sweet Touch: If you have a sweet tooth, the Bourbon Pecan French Toast is a game-changer.
• The Coffee: Even the coffee service is top-tier, served in their signature stoneware mugs that keep your brew hot while you enjoy your meal.
Service: Southern Hospitality at its Finest
From the moment we walked through the door, the service was impeccable. Despite the morning rush, the host greeted us with a genuine smile, and our server was attentive without being intrusive. Our drinks stayed refilled, the food arrived hot and exactly as ordered, and the staff seemed to genuinely care about our experience. It’s rare to find a team that moves with such efficiency while maintaining a warm, relaxed vibe.

Ambiance: The Perfect Morning Mood
The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between upscale and cozy. It has a bright, airy “Southern bistro” feel that makes it great for a casual family breakfast, a business brunch, or even a solo morning with a book. The decor is charming and clean, providing a sophisticated yet comfortable backdrop that makes you want to linger over a second mimosa.

Final Verdict: Whether you’re a local or just passing through Pensacola, Another Broken Egg Cafe is a must-visit. Between the creative, fresh ingredients and the stellar service, it is worth every penny. I’ll definitely be back!

An experience that could be matched by any chain or hole in the wall restaurant around the country. Basic fare, over salted and then left under the heat lamp too long so everything ate kinda dry. The egg was cooked perfectly though and had a beautiful velvety yolk. The food was serviceable, the kind of food you forget about then in a few years don’t remember until your fork is full and your eyes water with dread of the opportunity cost to have tried something new.

The service was weak sauce. In the south a cup should never suffer the atrocity of running dry. Yet at one point our table had both an empty soda and a water glass dryer than the Sahara.

The cocktails and mimosas were severely overpriced, $40 for a mimosa pitcher in a town that routinely has bottomless for under $15. Yikes!

The atmosphere is bland and unassuming but not unpleasant. The music is so low every word of the other patrons conversation is overheard. The gentlemen at the table next to us are not pleased with how the NIL deals in college are going.

It’s a skip for me.

We had such an amazing experience at this location! The host and the server were so kind and personable. Our coffees were always refilled with fresh, steamy hot coffee. Courtney took incredible care of us. She was helpful for our questions and attentive. The food was excellent and well prepared. We tried the biscuit beignets with orange marmalade as an appetizer and it was delicious!! The space was clean and elegant.

We are visit from NYC and finding a nice brunch spot in Pensacola is not as easy as it is in big city’s. But this little spot is a real gem! The food was soooooo good, and the drinks!? Forget about it!
Soon as we sat down our server Bo told us about their new matcha drink. I absolutely loved it!!! He was such a nice gentleman so when we come back we will definitely be asking for him to be our server.
This is a must see spot in Pensacola.
We will be here for a month and I promise we will be back next weekend! It’s officially our new brunch spot in Pensacola.

We had the best breakfast ever here at the Gregory st location in Pensacola! Our server, Heather, was incredible! So kind, and she went above and beyond to make us feel like we were old friends – the food was incredible (try the crab cake Benedict!) and the coffee was hot, fresh and delicious as well – not your typical watered down fare, but rich in flavor.

A MUST if you’re in the area – thanks Heather!! (And look at the cute mugs also for sale in may colors)

My husband said the begniets (sp?) were the probably the best in town, definitely the closest to Cafe Dumone (sp?) in New Orleans (forgive me, I’m Texan not French; never been there myself) and the honey marmalade it came with was orange-y and delicious.

I was craving hot chocolate and always ask if my server can put some cinnamon on top and our server Dawn did this (picture attached) and WOW! As good as i make at home! Comes in a cool cup, too.

Chicken and waffles were awesome, Dawn made sure we had enough of everything, kept our drinks topped off. The eggs benedict were perfect ~~ and the bourbon st. Pancakes had some of the best sauce around a pancake i have ever had.

Id recommend this place for breakfast first. Its a lot of food on your plate so we needed boxes. Dawn bagged them up for us after we boxed em in! Just a great place ❤️

Had a wonderful experience at Another Broken Egg Cafe on Gregory Street! We went on a Wednesday morning, so there was no wait time, and parking was super easy and convenient — a great start to the day.

The ambience was clean, bright, and inviting, with a relaxed Pensacola vibe.

Our server Jenny was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Everyone we interacted with was so warm and accommodating, which really made the visit special.

The food was excellent, and the portion sizes were just right — satisfying without being too heavy. We left feeling perfectly content.

Overall, this spot nails the combination of great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Pensacola!
