Everything was great from the service to the food. We were greeted with somes when we walked through the door. The lemon blueberry pancakes are . My husband enjoyed the shrimp and grits. They weren’t quite Charleston status but it was good. All in all we enjoyed the food and the service. We will be back!

Great breakfast place. We went twice in two days. Great coffee, specials were delicious. Pictured is their Hash brown Benedict. Their home made sausage patties were really flavorful too. The beignets were delicious and served with a marmalade. Service was prompt, friendly and welcoming.

Service was great, food was even better. The place is popular so theres always people there. It can get pretty noisy. Lots of decor around the place.

Seemed like a nice place, and was pretty busy for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We didn’t like the coffee, one of the most important items for breakfast. It was very weak. Our food came out as ordered, but it wasn’t anything special. I just had 3 eggs over medium, house made sausage (which was good), English muffin, and potatoes. It was ok, but the potatoes were the cubed frozen kind that were deep fried. I was hoping to get house made home fries or hash browns. This place seems to specialize in scrambles, bowls, pancakes, brunch items, etc. I had a hard time even finding my traditional breakfast on the menu. It constituted about 2% of the area of the menu. Finally, we sat in a booth near the kitchen and my wife, who has a very good nose, noticed a foul odor reminiscent of the subway. I had a cold and couldn’t smell anything. If you’re looking for a traditional diner breakfast, I would not recommend it. If you like more elaborate things like scrambles, bowls, and brunch, then it could be ok, just bear in mind that we didn’t try any of those items.

I truly enjoy coming here. It’s a great choice for one person or even a group. There’s so many choices of food and beverage that it begs for a return visit.

Scrambling for Seasoning and Flavor at Another Broken Egg
I’ve been to this location twice now and overall, I’ve enjoyed both meals and experiences… for the most part. The menu is a fascinating mix of creative breakfast options that make you want to try everything, especially if you start with the Biscuit Beignets. Those little bites set the bar high, making you think everything else will follow suit in the flavor department.
The Bacquezo Omelette was a standout. I was skeptical about cream cheese in an omelet, and while they went heavy on it, the chorizo balanced things out. It’s a protein-packed option that will keep you full, and if you’re hungry, I’d recommend it. On the other hand, my wife’s classic eggs, bacon, and pancakes were underwhelming, and the French toast was as bland as it gets. A lot of the dishes lean on the mild taste side, so be ready to reach for the salt or hunt for something with a bit more kick.
Despite the occasional lack of bold flavors, the menu itself is fun and full of twists on breakfast staples, like jambalaya and Southern quiche. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to keep coming back just to see if the next dish will be the one that really wows you.

We went for Valentines day. Had to wait about 30 mins for a table because they were busy, which is understandable. It was very cold inside but other than that it was wonderful. Our server Makia was sooo sweet. I got the blueberry lemon goat cheese pancakes, they were phenomenal. I also got the spiked caramel cold brew which was also very delicious.

The place is really cute, and it gets packed quickly, but we didn’t have to wait since we arrived early. The service was great, and our waitress was very attentive, which I appreciated.
As for the food, it wasn’t quite what I expected. My French toast wasn’t warm and tasted more like plain bread—dry and not very flavorful. The presentation, however, was nice and made the dish look appealing.
This was just my personal experience on a one-time visit, so I can’t speak for every visit, but I really appreciated the good service despite my disappointment with the French toast.
