Went here for a nice date night dinner. The servers were attentive and helpful. It would have been nice to have actual menus, but the QR code worked. The food was all very good…pictures attached. We over-ordered and ended up taking some delicious leftovers home. I rated the atmosphere as a 4 because of the giant television playing CP24 which detracted from the lovely decor.

We visited this restaurant on Valentine’s Day hoping for a nice and memorable date night, but unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. While the restaurant tried to create a festive atmosphere with live music and belly dancing, the food and service did not meet expectations at all.
To start, we ordered two soups — the veg manchow and chicken manchow. Both soups were very mild, overly thick, and lacked proper flavor. They didn’t have the balance or spice you would normally expect from these dishes. After that, we ordered the veggie platter, which was also underwhelming. Most of the items were poorly seasoned and not very enjoyable. The only item on the platter that stood out in a positive way was the Afghani chaap, which was actually quite good.
We also ordered masala papad, but it never arrived even after forty minutes which was frustrating. By that point we were already disappointed and had started losing interest in continuing the meal.
The food overall was very late and unfortunately not worth the wait. In the end, we mostly ate the appetizers and decided to leave instead of staying for the main course. The service was below average, and although the entertainment was a nice touch, no amount of extra performances can make up for poor food quality.
It used be one of our regularly visited places because of the ambiance, but sadly this restaurant is loosing it’s charm.

ordered through uber eats. got two for the price of 1 but the chole container size was the size of small container, not even enough for one bhatura. the bhatura has some red color marks on it, maybe from the paper covering the bhatura. very disappointed.

Loved our experience at Anokhi. The food is genuinely authentic and full of flavour. You can really taste the care that goes into each dish. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made us feel right at home. Add in the warm, cozy ambience, and it’s an easy place to relax and enjoy a great meal. Excellent area for a large gathering that offers semi-privacy. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

I have been going to Anokhi restaurant for years and it’s quality still continues to impress me. Lot of restaurants are good in the beginning then the quality starts to go down. But NOT with Anokhi. And now they have a new chef Tam from Taj India who years of experience as a chef especially in original Indiana Halka style food. We recently went there and tried some of the chef’s new dishes and he made special deserts for us, they were absolutely delicious. Their service whether it’s 80 of us or 2-3, their service is always impeccable. All the waitresses are so sweet, respectful and make sure to provide great service. I will always recommend Anokhi.

This is the best Indian cuisine my husband and I have ever experienced! And, living in Brampton, we’ve tried a lot of Indian restaurants. We have gotten takeout from Anokhi and it is top tier, but recently we decided to dine in and we couldn’t believe it could be even better but the quality of the food it was heavenly! Beautiful decor and romantic atmosphere as well. But the FOOD, you have to eat here! Thank you for the experience and wonderful food – it was good through the last bite.

Anokhi Restaurant provides a wonderful dining experience, combining delicious food with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The dishes are rich in flavor, thoughtfully presented, and perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients and spices. Not a good experience. Most likely their chef has been replaced. We ordered the below food:
Kadai Chicken — It was not a Kadai chicken.. felt like hard frozen cubes of chicken mixed with cream gravy. Really disappointing.
Dahi ke Kabab — We ate the same last year but the taste NOW is different and not good.
Creamy Chicken (not able to recollect the name) — This was the only cuisine with good taste and texture.
Garlic Naan- Was soft and moist.

Loved the food here. Came in for lunch and enjoyed the taste. Though the prices are high but the taste is good. The Naan was very soft and fluffy. Butter chicken tasted awesome.
Visited the restaurant again today after 4 months. The taste of food here is awesome. Loved their service. Ms. Aman hospitality is worth mentioning. Met the chef too and informed him that the food was great. Will come again.

We were here for the New Year’s eve. The food was third grade. The soup was so spicy. The butter chicken was so sweet. We were told the DJ would be there but no one came till 10:30 PM.
Only giving 4 star because of Vanshika’s service. But the staff was so busy or there were less peope to serve, I had to go multiple times to take the drink. We spent $800 and didn’t expect this.
