Cumming is our halfway point to meet Family four grandkids swap, shopping, and occasional dining. When our grandson said he wanted pizza, we made a point of finding somewhere that wasn’t a chain. Just off the square in Cumming is a little Pizzeria named Annunziata’s Pizza & Pasta. Nothing fancy, but good food. We got a Large Carne Amore, thinking there might be some to take home. Not a slice made it out of the restaurant. My daughter ordered a meatball sub, and said it was one of the best she had eaten. The owner, (Gregory) came over & had a conversation with us. We talked football, soccer, and a little bit of politics. We enjoyed the food, and the conversation. There is a strong chance we will be back. There is some parking across the street, and I believe a parking deck just a block over. The store is on ground level, so should have easy handicap access.

GREAT little restaurant!
My daughter and I stopped in for our first time today. She had the chicken parmesan hero and I had the meatball. She loved hers. The meatball hero may not look fancy, but is the best I’ve had in Georgia! It was delicious.
The atmosphere is casual Italian diner.
The staff are very friendly and polite.
I recommend this restaurant.

This is classic New York style pizza, can not say enough about how good this place is! The service was phenomenal, the food tasted incredible, and the price is good. I’m from New York and this is pretty close to the best pizza I’ve ever had, definitely the best I’ve had in Georgia. If you’re off exit 15 and need to get something to eat this place is worth the stop!

This place is super duper good.
I came with my stepdad recently, because we were tired of the typical burger joint. I got a Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo and it was really good. A little bit too much sauce for me, but I’m not knocking points off because it’s a nitpick. My stepdad got a 12-inch margherita and I took a slice, very good. It’s less floppy than a normal pizza which is a plus. The tomato sauce, cheese, and whatever green they put on it contrast really well together, both visually and taste-wise.
Staff are friendly and accommodating. Not much else to say there.
The slightly run-down appearance of the building actually adds atmosphere for me. It goes well with the layout and the color scheme.
There’s parking behind the building, a garage close by, and a parking lot across the street. It’s a ground level building with only 1 story, so handicap access shouldn’t be an issue.
Hope to return someday, see you soon 🙂

Finally got a chance to go in for lunch yesterday. Loved the restaurant. Typical pizzeria seeming to also sell liquor as well as beer and wine. I ordered one slice of Sicilian and one regular slice. Both just cheese. Slices came out nice and hot crust was great. No flop Sicilian crust was crispy and pillowy. Excellent in my opinion. Growing up in Brooklyn, I have standards when it comes to pizza. And it’s tough to find. I think this restaurant is very close to glory. My only problem was the sauce. It was VERY garlicky. And while I love garlic, I don’t think it belongs in regular NY style pizza. Should be tomatoes and basil. I hope this review helps. I truly would love to have this place be my spot for pizza.

Best food I’ve had outside of Chicago!!! I grabbed the philly cheesesteak and asked for a little razzle dazzle on the fries and it did not disappoint!!!

Wow, what a great find – we just happened to stop in at Annunziatas & our dinner was delicious! Fantastic huge Greek Salad with great dressing, unbelievable garlic knots, super fluffy & fresh- followed by super delicious pizza – the sauce, cheese, the flavor, nice & thin – even garlic salt at the table – honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had in GA. We will 100% come back & try the meatballs & pasta dishes. Check it out, you’ll be glad you did !

This is hands down is the best pizza I’ve had in years. We recently came to this restaurant to celebrate our father’s birthday. The staff was incredibly kind and they accommodated special requests for our cake.
We ordered a cheese pizza, the antipasta, and a greek salad amongst other items. Our pizzas were cut beautifully, and the flavor was just phenomenal. It’s also tradition for me and my husband to order a meatball every time we go to an Italian restaurant. The meat balls were fantastic.
When we left we kept remarking how we wish we lived closer. This hands down is a go to pizza place. If you prefer Italian style pizzas they make them – if you like American style pizzas they make them.
The owners are incredibly customer oriented.
It became very obvious of how talented the chef is, not only because he makes fantastic food, but also because they read the reviews and improve on what has gone wrong in the past.
The place could use the touch of paint but other than that we had perfectly cooked pizzas, great simple flavors, and a really comfortable atmosphere.
