I have been a Phò lover for a very long time. I was referred to this place by a friend. My first initial reaction was that the waitress brought a tiny bit of fresh herbs and it was just a tiny slice of lime, a very small sprig of cilantro and three slices of pepper. I asked if that was all she had to serve with the soup. I asked for mint or Thai basil, she said she had that in the back. I was surprised that I had to ask for that because I have never had to before in other places . The broth is good, not carrying the usual rich traditional flavors but it was good. The noodles however were overcooked, flat and large. I usually appreciate a smaller rice vermicelli instead. The meat was of good quality. I got Wagyu and meatballs, it was served heavy on meatballs and lacking the Wagyu meat. For the price range I expected a bit more. Another notable impression was the lack of that rich flavor staying within my pallet after eating. It quickly disappeared unlike other really well made broths. I gave this a 2 because they could improve this significantly .It is overpriced and does lack that rich traditional flavor.

Ann’s is the best!! Charming neighborhood viet spot! The beef banh mi, vermicelli bowls, egg rolls, oxtail pho are my favs but I’m determined to try everything on the menu. My husband and I have been eating here a few times a month for over a year and are always pleased. The prices are fair when you see the portions and how fresh the food is. We also love the boba tea! So many great options my top 3 are classic black milk tea, coconut refresher with jellies, or taro crème brûlée.
The only thing I wish is they opened before 10am on Saturday’s. We love the Vietnamese coffee and would order more frequently but we are early birds so if we are getting coffee from somewhere in the morning it’s usually much earlier. Customer service is always great! The ambiance is relaxed and inviting. Hoping they sell merch in the future. Would totally wear an Ann’s Tea House shirt or put a cute sticker on my computer. So thankful to have a place like this right down the street <3

honestly a -. I’ve tried many different taro milk teas and liked all of them so far, and I’m not the type to complain. It was not mixed well I saw the worker mixing it with a spoon instead of trying to shake it or blend it? and it was not mixed well the crumbs made it taste bitter and the taro milk tea did not taste nothing like taro other than that my husbands fruit shake was very good but mine sadly was a waste didn’t even drink half so disappointed and was our first time

Ann recently catered an event and I was so tastefully amazed at the variety, flavor and presentation. We enjoyed the best ever shrimp fried rice, shrimp spring rolls, egg rolls, dipping sauces, flan, baklava type desert, Asian cookies, fruited tea…
Ann served her specially crafted tea in individual serving cups with oversized straws. Cannot say enough about the flavorful ambience that Ann brought to our event! Many thanks!

Came here for Thai tea. I was hesitant when they said they use caramel as the sweetener because it’s more intense than just sugar and adds a different flavor. But I got 75% sweet and hoped for the best. You can definitely taste the caramel, which is a negative for me because I really like the flavor of Thai tea. It had only a hint of the actual Thai tea flavor and was overly sweet and intsense with the caramel. Not one I’ll be ordering again unfortunately.

One of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. Ibrahim and Nyah were incredibly respectful, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. Their energy and professionalism truly elevate Ann’s Tea House.
The coconut coffee blend was absolutely amazing, hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of both the drinks and the customer experience.
Ibrahim and Nyah both have amazing presence and positive energy that make the place feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others. Both make a great duo!

Anne’s Tea House is my go-to for pho in Houston! The meat is tender, and the broth is rich and flavorful—definitely made with care, not from instant mixes. Everything is fresh, and the service is great. If you’re craving pho, this is the place to be.

Stopped by about 10 minutes after opening on a Sunday morning. Got a classic milk tea, 50% sweet. It was very tasty and certainly one of the best I’ve had. It was a bit disappointing not to have boba available, given that it had just opened. That’s somewhat understandable, but I do feel like if you’re a tea house that offers boba, you may want to include the timing for having it ready upon opening in your pre-opening routine. Maybe it’s more complex than I understood, however. The employee was very kind and apologetic, and as I said, the drink was very enjoyable even without the boba. Hope I can get back to try it with boba soon. So yes, I recommend visiting, but just a heads-up if you’re coming soon after opening, hoping for boba.

Quaint restaurant with delicious food in Kingwood! It’s bright and open with great service. The spring rolls were divine, as was the banh mi. I’m ready to go back to try more drinks! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Really good bahn mi sandwiches! I tried lemongrass beef and honey glazed chicken sandwich. Both are really good. Ann’s cold coffee is delicious and wakes you right up.
