The food was overpriced. The staff were unpleasant and the fried dough was already expensive but you had to pay an extra dollar just for the POWDERED SUGAR what the hell? And an extra dollar just for dipping sauce? Bs. If you come to wingaersheek beach, bring your own food. The ice cream was alright though. 1.5 stars.

Overpriced and bad customer service! First time getting food here and will definitely be my last especially after being attacked and robbed of my food by seaugulls merely seconds after receiving my kids fried dough that she had been eager to get all day. I was not given a plate to cover it and was immediately attacked by a dozen seagulls. When I kindly asked for another one I was told by the supervisor that it happens all day and they have signs about it. Well if I didn’t get a plate or anything to cover my food how the hell do I protect my food?
If they know this happens all day they should be proactive and give customers something to cover the food. It’s the least they can do given they charge an arm and a leg for everything. I spent a bunch of money on this and got nothing but a crying kid for it. Good luck with your crappy business!

Wow!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. My boyfriend and I ordered 1 thing of chicken fingers, an ice cream cone and a milkshake for $36!!! When we received our order, I asked for a single paper cup so I could share my ice cream cone. Both staff members told me no!!! No to a single cup after spending so much money! Do not waste your time or money here. Worst customer service!

Very expensive. $44 for grilled cheese, chicken sandwich, french fries, and a snow cone. Food wasn’t bad. You’re always going to get ripped off when you’re at the beach. Prepare for long lines or bring your own lunch.

The only thing passable at this place was that the chicken fingers which were cooked properly with a crispy crunch, and the BBQ sauce was decent. Everything else was majorly disappointing. French fries were just half-cooked and soggy. What restaurant serves soggy French fries? Even when customers asked for the fries to be thrown back into the fryer, the staff stares back at you with a bizarre look of how dare you ask that! Hamburgers were barely medium-rare, looking more on the rare side. I was worried about my eight year-old daughter getting food poisoning at the beach. The hotdog had burn marks going up one side. I don’t know how this place can charge what they charge and serve such subpar food. I don’t mind paying premium when I’m at a tourist destination, but the food here, especially the French fries, were not cooked properly. And the strawberry smoothie was such a rip off – mostly ice and sugar water for $7.50. I don’t expect to purchase food from here the next time I come to this beach. I would rather bring my own food.

I’ll be generous with two stars. My family and I wanted ice cream, my kids are little so cones in cups would be fine. I asked for that and the kid at the window said no, we can’t do that? What you can’t give me a cup to flip the cone into ? No. Um okay, that’s odd, can I pay for it? No. Ok whatever. so the kids got cups and my husband and I got cones. but we had to ask for spoons to eat it with. Almost $30 for 4 ice creams (Seriously?). I had to ask for napkins because the ice cream was starting to melt, it was 90+ degrees out. The lady at the window gave me TWO…for FOUR people. I then again asked if I could have a cup, by this time my daughter’s ice cream was melting all over the place. The lady again said “no, we can’t do that because of inventory controls”. Lady I don’t care about your inventory controls, I just paid $30 for ice cream and I need a cup. She said “well I’ll have to charge you”. Now by this time my ice cream was literally melting all down my hands and arms and I had no cash on me. I had to unzip my husbands pockets on his swimsuit with sticky hands to pull out a $10 bill to pay for my $1 cup. Unbelievable service oh and they have no trash cans you have to walk around the back of the building to use the dumpster.

The only way to leave a review is to at least give 1 star, that is truly the only reason why this review is 1 star. It should be 0! Please save your time and money, the food is ridiculously overpriced even for a beach and the Customer Service is absolutely horrendous. I’m surprised they are able to conduct business like they do and people still go there.
