First time going. We went this past Saturday evening. Did not use reservations, but were able to get seated right away. The wine list was very good. We had flights and found a number of good wines which made it hard to choose. The appetizers were delicious. We split two between our group. Brie w/ fig jam and a hummus and pita bread. Both were excellent. We had two different flat breads for dinner. They were really good and were perfect with the wines we got. We ended up getting a few of the bottles we liked to go. As we were leaving, we stopped and talked to the owner, Tim. Great guy. Told lots of stories. We could have talked to him all night. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable of all the wines. Nice outside, but was too cold that night. We will definitely go back.

This is our favorite wine bar in Cincinnati! The first time we visited was after a trip to Ripple across the street, which is good in its own sense but the service knocks it out of the park here. This is the place to go if you want a cozy atmosphere and friendly bartenders that have more time for conversation and explaining the wines. All the food I’ve gotten is amazing. I recommend the baked feta or shrimp dip. The owner does all of the cooking by himself but we’ve never had a long wait for food. Highly recommend taking advantage of the bottle deals or getting a flight rather than buying by the glass. As of right now I believe they have live music on Wednesdays and Fridays. The can also host events.

Absolutely love this hidden gem! Fantastic wine knowledge, and the food pairing is fantastic. The back patio is a great spot for a date night or fun space to gather with friends. Definitely get a flight of wine. Once you decide which is your favorite, you can go to the connected wine store and buy a bottle to take home. Extremely reasonable to!

Absolutely my favorite place for wine in Cincinnati! I would recommend ordering flights and trying as many as possible. And try the Mediterranean plate! The staff and customers there are all so friendly.

Great space too. Retail on one side, wine bar restaurant on the other and potential meeting room or party room towards the back and deck in the back. Since it was cold and rainy we sat indoors for dinner and our wine flight. Menu had nice options that could be easily paired with any wine selection. Friend and I shared Cuban sandwich & melted Brie & Figs paired with the Sparkling Flight wine selection. Friendly service, good food, very nice wine selections.

Had an incredible time at Annata. We planned a wine tasting as a Christmas present for my dad and were blown away by how above and beyond the owner, Tim, went for us. We picked out a few bottles ahead of time (with Tim’s help) and then Tim walked through each bottle with us, asking us what we tasted, telling us about the region, etc. The food was also amazing, we ordered a few charcuterie boards, dips, and flatbreads. Overall the food, drinks, company and ambiance were fantastic. We will definitely be back!!!
