I was excited to try this place, but man, the second I walked in, that excitement dwindled. I could tell just by looking at the food it was not good. I decided to give it a shot anyways. When I got home, it was about as good as it looked: very under-seasoned chicken. It made me wish I was eating anything but the burrito in hand. And from someone who doesn’t waste food and lives in a calorie deficit from day to day, don’t waste your time, money, or calories here. The food sucks, and the staff couldn’t be any slower. I don’t understand why it takes 10 minutes to make 3 burritos with food that sits under a heat lamp.

As good as the Boston spots! (Started eating Anna’s when they first started up in Brookline 30 years ago.) So glad to have one in RI.
Perfectly flavored and great service. Extra charge for some things (e.g. sour cream, guac, charred corn, and extra cheese) – but it’s all listed on the board. Totally reasonably priced compared to going rates. Looking forward to many return trips!

Yikes. Was super excited for this place to open. Menu is placed in an odd area and very hard to read as you’re in line. Food was mediocre at best. The quesadilla was rolled like a burrito. Big let down

Food was bland cold and mushy. Sneaky pricing and charging for add-ons that are included at every other burrito place. $30 for two small burritos and two small drinks, while half of the soda fountain was malfunctioning. The layout also does not make sense, one menu board in between two stations so they can mask all add-on fees.
Will not be returning, take your business to Chipotle or caliente for better food for a reasonable price.

Great place that totally captures the Boston originals. Appreciate their melted cheese directly on tortillas and that they didn’t overdo it on seasonings.

Food sub par at best! Food did not look fresh! Mexican bowl went from 1095 to $19 With no drink. A lot of workers but no real structure. Lids dont even close on bowls properly. Also use cardboard bowls that dont hold up too long. Disappointed and dont think they will last too long if changes aren’t made. Their only saving grace is their location. Other than that your 100 percent better off going 5 minutes down the road to Bajas or even 1 minute into Garden City to Chipotle and thats saying a lot!

The worst experience ever we were rushed threw the line so fast my friends didn’t even get everything she wanted before he rolled up her burrito. I ordered a quesadilla. I asked 3 times if that was a quesadilla and get home to find someone else’s burrito. Tried to call and the phone doesn’t work….. Nothing about this experience was good. I will definitely not be back. BAJAS WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST !

Pretty bad experience. First off gave me the wrong food didn’t find out until I got home obviously and the phones don’t work. Just an overall poor operation, stacking food on the side of the register. All the food just leaking everywhere. Nothing labeled in the bag have to open up all the burritos and quesadillas to find out who’s is who. Never seen a place not label. Can’t roll a burrito just all loose and presented poorly. I’m left with someone else’s order that I dont like. Everything about the experience in there was just bad. How hard is it to keep the food in order, they are so pressed with forming two lines yet they can’t keep the orders in line. I watched them keep moving food all around from the tiny little spot next to the register because all the food was just leaking everywhere. Got my sour cream on the side instead of on the burrito and they charged me for it. Just seems like no one knows what’s going on there. Not going back, doesn’t seem worth it.
