Anna’s is the Italian restaurant that serves great dishes. They serve delicious pizzas. My last visit I had an eggplant Parmesan sub that fantastic and was big enough for two meals. Fresh bread that is served with an entree that is perfectly soft on the inside and a delightful crust. They have a large selection of wines available. The wait staff are attentive and are quick to answer questions and ensure that you are having a great experience while dining with them.

Anna’s is usually very good. This time however I ordered to pick up after work. The Italian sub was burnt black around the edges and smelled like burnt toast. I was very disappointed. I’ve never had a bad sub from here. This is a first.

I rarely do reviews, but this one is overdo. They cannot seem to get it right at this place. Most of the time the staff is nice! But the quality of the food is horrible. We usually order the same thing pizza not burnt. And fries crispy… They often burn the pizza, and cant get the fries right. Ordered pizza and fries on the way home from a 10hour work day…, pizza was fine . The fries were raw and undercooked. Called and spoke to Heather the Manager that has poor customer service skills. She told me to bring them back to the restaurant and they would remake them… mind you it is 34 degrees outside and i live 10 minutes away. And that is one way! I wanted a refund on the fries. In which she refused. She was rude and lacks the skills to be a manager. Heather just remember it is the customers that pay your check and keep you employed. .

Great local restaurant serving great food and providing great service! The food is always good and every waitress we have had has always been very attentive and friendly. It is one of the more popular restaurants in town and with a smaller dining room, there is often a wait in the evenings, especially on weekends. I am out of town working an outage so I asked one of the local guys where I could get italian food. They recommended Annas. I have driven by this place at least a dozen times. It truly is a hidden gem. I was greeted when entering and immediately taken to a seat. The server was polite and quickly took my order. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. My only complaint is that plain spajetti noodles cost me 15 dollars. I was not expecting it to be that much for plain noodles. I will say it was a decent amount though. Will be coming back to eat here when I return next outage

This pizza was burned so badly it had no favor, was hard as a rock. I can’t believe it was aloud to pass. We order all the time from here even though it’s high price and have portobello ‘s added (for the price of a pound in real life – you get two sliced up if you’re lucky, most of the time it’s just one). I would have called which I have in the pass over bad and wrong order, they will offer no charge on next visit, this Is a way of not taking responsibility, as trying that no one knows anything !

Walked in while on travel, after going for a run in the local park. Picked up my online order and asked for a receipt. While waiting for the hostess to return, the owner walks up and repacked the bag to make sure the food did not spill in transit. She happened to be dining at the table right behind me.
While there are not many locally owned restaurants here in Smithfield, I will definitely be visiting this particular restaurant again thanks to the good service and good food.
