Slightly off to the.main street in Leederville, you will find Anna Vietnamese. The restaurant look & feel is … authentic is a good word, as it reflects the food as well. The couple of dishes we tried were done very well, simple with genuine flavours (the chicken salad is highly recommended), add the welcoming and accommodating service and you got yourself a winner. We will definitely come back.

Stopped by Anna’s Vietnamese Restaurant in Leederville for a quick snack before dinner and ordered three entrée dishes. The standout? The prawn toast—absolutely fantastic! It was fresh, light, and not at all oily, which can sometimes be an issue with this dish. You could tell they used clean oil for frying, unlike some places where old oil completely ruins the flavor.
While the restaurant itself isn’t particularly trendy, it’s hard to find prawn toast this good anywhere else. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving some authentic, well-prepared Vietnamese snacks!
