First, to start it off. The server was also the bar tender. She could barely hear to take the order. We ordered fried mushrooms and mozzarella stocks. Then we started to order our main course. The cheese sticks where the the only thing eatable. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND RECOMMEND PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I came in to eat today with my husband and two children. We were planning to eat at the booth where we ate last week. The food was great so we wanted to come back, we were planning to eat and have a couple drinks, again like we did last week. As we walked in we were greeted by a nice woman, but she immediately told us we can’t sit down with anyone under 21. I asked why and there wasn’t a true answer, which I’m assuming is because there isn’t an answer that will hold up to anything. There are booths in this place that are for people to eat, there are games and a separate bar in most places and kids are never an issue. The girl who turned us away seemed genuinely horrified, and really didn’t have answers or want to tell us the news. She was nice and offered a 10% discount on our food if we carried out. We declined. We are leaving a 1 star review for feeling as though we were not good enough to eat here, and embarrassingly turned away at the door. Pretty disappointing.

Great place for food, slots and drinks! If you are going to order food, i recommend a simple appetizer like mozzarella sticks or chicken tenders! You can never go wrong with those! This place is coming along now under the new management. Seems like they got rid of all the bad employees and replaced them with new ones that actually do their job. if you are thinking of giving this place a shot, don’t hesitate. Things are improving as far as I can tell. If you see the Manager Theresa then you will be in for great customer service. god bless.

I went here multiple times with the girlfriend since they opened. We really wanted to like this place since it was only a few blocks away from home. But they lack in the basics for a bar. Small drink selection, not enough TVs, and somewhat slow service kind of killed it for us. The staff there is always very friendly and treat you well, but sometimes that’s not enough.

I brought a date in for a drink and food they turned up the toons and at the table I couldn’t even hear. The Cabernet I ordered was very sweet and it should have been semi-tart so I was wondering exactly what kind of wine I was served.

This place is awesome! I love the atmosphere! Our server Joe was friendly and made us feel at home. We didn’t have to ask for anything because he was already ahead of the game. He gave us napkins without asking, extra plates and refilled our drinks even before they were empty.
It seems like all their food is homemade and you can definitely taste it! The cream of chicken soup is to die for! Their cheeseburgers and wings are amazing. And last but not least their tiramisu is made by Tony and it’s the best I ever had.
My only suggestion for this place is to put some nice tables and chairs outside on the side walk. And to get a big screen tv in there instead of just the two medium TVs that are in there.

Went to Anna’s with th 60+ year old parents. I’m in my 40’s. The bartender at the direction of the manager carded all of us! Really… no common sense. Made the whole experience very un welcoming. Parents just wanted to play some slots.

I do not recommend this place at all! Service is offensive and inexperienced. Food is inconsistent & changes up all the time because they always have a new cook. Customers who were regulars no longer are because of how poorly they are treated. There are so many much better local joints to hit up.
