A Bahn Mi with pate is hard to find, usually most go with grilled pork or chicken so it’s nice to see a place doing it. The bread and mayo are good, but the ham and head cheese are cut extremely thick, first time I’ve seen it. Idk if it’s a stylistic thing but I prefer the thin sliced. The pate is a bit strange it seems to have a lighter liverwurst flavor than a French pate. Pork song is an interesting choice, I got a huge hard song knot in mine which can happen, but not sure I like what it adds since it also dries out the sandwich with its cotton dry texture.
This isn’t bad but it doesn’t pass my “bring mom here” test.
I’m still interested in their pho, so will still have to try that.

This place is a gem! I’ve never had pho with such fresh and high quality ingredients, and with no msg taste to the broth – it’s delicious and tastes like it’s home cooked. The banh mi is very good too, I think they make the bread in house. They also have excellent bubble tea, and other fancy iced drinks. Really nice owners too!

Not tasty. Five pieces of dry, overcooked chicken that are impossible to chew. The food was ice cold, and the chicken was barely warm. The chicken tasted very old. The pho was cold and had no taste of lemongrass at all. We’ve been to different places and ordered the same dishes. Here, it’s not good.

If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Vietnam, this is the spot. Their Bánh Mì is absolutely amazing — perfectly crusty bread on the outside, soft on the inside, just like the traditional street sandwiches you find in Saigon. The pate and pickled veggies are balanced beautifully, and the fresh cilantro brings that true Vietnamese flavor to life. The pho here tastes truly authentic. The broth is rich, clear, and full of depth — you can tell it’s been simmered for hours the traditional Vietnamese way. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs bring everything together. Easily one of the best bowls of phở I’ve had in the U.S. Highly recommended!

Good vibes, Christmas-y music.
Tried out the vegetarian options. Tofu banh mi was really good, great balance of flavourful tofu, veggies and sauces.
Pho was decent, good for winter days!

I ordered the steak and meatballs pho and the grilled pork banh mi. They were so good, just like eating in Vietnam. This is definitely going to become one of my regular spots.

Great small restaurant. Cute inside. The pho base seems to be on the healthier side (it is Bellevue, not International District) but tasty. We also got the pork (slices – they don’t have grilled pork) banh mi. The baguette was fresh with a crusty outside and soft inside! You don’t always get that at other places. I think next time I’ll ask for more pickled carrots and radishes in my banh mi. I really liked their peach tea – it had a slice of peach, rosemary and lemon grass. Refreshing & delicious!

The pho here is delicious! Really fresh ingredients and rich, flavorful broth, and they have a good vegetarian/vegan selection. My partner is vegan and the banh mi and veg pho is now one of his favorites in the Seattle area. The dining area is nicely decorated with good ambiance, the service is wonderfully attentive, and there’s ample parking in the area as well. And they are very kid-friendly – their kid pho is a good size and my picky eater has finished each time we’ve visited! Quickly becoming one of our go-to spots 🙂
