What a find! Was lucky enough to get in close to closing time. Welcomed with great service, Bartender ‘D’ was terrific. Excellent advice on the menu. I hade the fresh house made mozzarella and tomato salad- very good. Summer fresh tomatoes would send it over the top. Pasta Bella for an entree. It was amazing w/a glass of house Cab. I missed the mozzarella making class by half an hour. I’m from the west coast in town on business. Annabella’s was the meal of the trip. Highly recommended!

5 stars! I had a grilled chicken with Mozz, pesto and roasted peppers on a hero. Pro tip order a side of their homemade sauce! I needed a bowl of it alone!!! First I couldn’t believe how great the quality of their hero bread was. The highest quality. When I told them about it they said they make it themselves all day! Who does that?? Also the sandwich with the fresh mozz, pesto and red peppers was huge! Enough for or should be enough for 2. The decor of the place inside was nuts and I won’t describe it just go for yourselves. This is not a cookie cutter place. Highly recommended would easily go back over and over. I should have taken pictures!!!!!

My husband drives truck and found this place next to a place he delivers to. It was always exciting when he told me he was bringing home food from here. Always generous portions and dense NY style cheesecake my son loved. We came to jersey today and this was our first food stop. We took it to go the vodka ck parm and meatballs. Also bought cookies. Its Feb 12th. The cookies were off and I noticed the best buy date was Feb 4th. The meat balls shrunk half size. The ck parm small. I felt bad when. I took out the food because I knew my husband would be so disappointed and he was. The cheescake was like a jello no bake cheesecake. It wasnt firm at all. The service was very friendly. We wont order again and was so looking forward all week to grab food from Here. Somthing has changed.

Fantastic as always. Great intimate atmosphere. Great drinks (mozzarella martini & old fashioned with the frozen fruit). Delicious mozzarella. This visit we enjoyed the Chuck wagon and the snapper- would definitely recommend the Chuck wagon made with flank steak.

Great early dinner here at 4pm on Tuesday. The Annibellas mozzarella and bread is a great appetizer, but I shouldn’t have gotten it! I could only finish half of my Stupid Cupid sandwich. Big portions, that taste good. Plenty of brews and other drinks to choose from.

If you’re in the East Rutherford area, Annabella’s House of Mozzarella is a place you don’t want to miss! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming. We started with the calamari, and it was amazing—crispy, tender, and served with a flavorful tomato sauce that hit the spot.
For the main course, the Pollo Campagna was incredible. The chicken was so tender and packed with flavor, and the artichoke sauce made it even better. It was honestly one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while.
The live music on Friday night was a perfect touch and really set a fun mood for the evening. Bill, our host, was super friendly and took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed.
If you’re looking for great food, awesome service, and a fun vibe, Annabella’s is definitely worth checking out! Highly recommend it!

Great place from top to bottom. Nice Italian grocery when you walk in. We came on Friday and there was a live band that ROCKED and got people from ages 20-80 movin and groovin. Our server Amy was great. Very accommodating and answered our questions about certain dishes. Fantastic food and people. The house made mozzarella was . The owner Billy came around and talked to us for a while, very cordial and funny. Grazie mille! Would come back 11/10 times

I am confused. This place was buzzing. I remember when it was a hole in the wall in Hackensack Ave. Now they have this huge beautiful building , and they have really upgraded themselves. But…. What happened?? The menu has everything you could possibly want on it. The service is good. The products are legit and high quality. The shelves are stocked. I originally came in here to talk about catering an event and figured I would grab a bite while here. I asked for a meatball, it was delicious 5 stars for the meatball. I grabbed a tiramisu as well. It’s exceptional , 5 stars for that. Now let’s talk about this AnnaBella Steak Salad. I am ….. bamboozled. What happened? Did I order wrong? Everything that could be wrong with a salad… was wrong with this salad. Starting with initially getting the wrong salad ( kitchen mix up it happens and was quickly fixed). Now, I wish I would have kept the original steak Cesar salad instead of the Annabella steak salad I ordered. Okay, so the salad is pretty self explanatory. Mixed greens, steak, hard boiled egg, ham , salami, provolone, tomatoes onions olives with a vinaigrette. Sounded perfect. The mixed greens….. 40% of which were wilted. I understand that it’s impossible to pick out every imperfect leave… but almost half the salad was wilted. The dressing was not enough for the amount of salad provided. The hard boiled egg was overdone so it had a bit of a sulfur smell to it. The olives tasted like metal. The cherry tomatoes were wilted as well. The steak was well seasoned but so dry…. So so so dry. It was so hard to cut. Long story short the salad ended up being trashed. I may come back to try a wrap… maybe I really did order wrong. This place has to be good, it had so many people coming in and out for lunch. I will update after trying them again. As for now, 2 stars is the best I can do after chucking $20 in the trash.
