Super friendly and good food but last visit was disappointing. Sent out a burnt pizza. Very dry crust was very crunchy. I am hoping this is a one time deal. Had to order a pizza for delivery from Napolis because I couldn’t eat this one and I didn’t want to drive back up to Roscoe. Still give four stars because I hope this was a one time thing. Update later

I love pizza! I appreciate great pizza. This is not great pizza, but it’s good and worth a try. Better prices than others locally and never more than 30 minutes. Usually 20. People are friendly, and there’s a drive-through. I’m becoming a regular.

Until very recently, my rating would’ve been a solid 3. This is because although they have some of the best pizza in the area, the customer service experience was usually lacking, including rude staff and having to play mind games to get the price before you arrived. The food was always excellent but those aspects really took away, even if I did consider it some of the best pizza ever (and I used to live in Chicago).
Finally, what used to be affordable pizza is now insanely expensive. I remember spending $16 with a tip for an amazing pizza. The last time I went my total came out closer to $30. It just is not justifiable or affordable. I am going to miss the pizza, but I cannot afford to buy local with prices like that. Guess I’ll stick to the 5 toppings for $10 carryout deal at Domino’s.

You know how it is..people only post Google reviews when it’s really bad or really good. In this case, SO GOOD! I agree with previous reviews. Since this new manager took over, there have been night and day differences in their pizza quality. Not sure what he’s sprinkling in this pizza (kidding of course), but I find myself craving Anna Maria’s again.

First time customer. Pizza wasn’t ready at pickup time… which was fine waited half an hour but it was delicious! All of us (5 kids 3 adults) loved the pepperoni on a Meat Lover’s pizza. Veggie pizza was yummy All fresh ingredients! My 13 yr old son loved the sauce! Salad was fresh! Jalapeño poppers and cheese sticks were great also ! I will definitely come again!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this kind of stuff has happened to us several times. Been ordering from them for years. Ordered a meatball/sausage combo sandwich with cheese and a side of Mozz sticks. Go to pick up and find out they didn’t update their online menu and the prices were almost double and they were out of Mozz sticks. Paid, got home to find out they gave me a Italian beef/meatball combo with no cheese instead. I did eat it, the service and quality of their food is going down as the prices go up. Wont be going back.

Favorite local pizza place. Great food!
Edit: this was a 5 star place untill the drastic increase in their pricing during covid-19. I understand inflation and pricing may go up a bit. Italian beef was $5.50 and went up to $8.00. Pasta with red sauce went from $5.10 to $8.00. This is beyond ridiculous and wont be back. Such a shame. I loved supporting that local business.

Better pizza for a much more reasonable price than Pietro’s just down the road. And Frank is such a great guy. Whenever my son comes over for dinner, I don’t even have to ask what to serve. Anna Maria’s pizza is automatic.

Food is fantastic I usually get the Italian bee . Frank is nice and is good people but the girls that answer the phone need a little update and help with customer service. She wasnt necessarily rude but extremely short and you could just hear it in her voice that it was a bother she had to take a order over the phone. Over all a good place but some of the staff need replaced.
