Went right at opening on Sunday. Started off okay. Crostini app was good. Server was nice but was gone for long stretches of time, and when I looked around he was playing around on YouTube on one of the bar TVs. A few dishes came out cold. If someone orders the table side pasta app, serve that first and then everyone else’s food so their food doesn’t get cold while they are waiting for the table side pasta to get served. Tiramisu was good. But for there being absolutely no one in the restaurant other than us, you would expect the food to come out piping hot and the service to be on point, neither was the case.

The dinner started off good. We ordered Fried Gnucci. It came with 2 sauces. The vodka sauce was the best and when you mixed the pesto sauce with the vodka sauce it was good as well. Overall great dish. The restaurant has great decor and atmosphere. The layout is ok unless they have to bring the cart for table side pasta. Then they have you to move because they can’t get the cart into the restaurant otherwise. I ordered the chicken parm. The chicken was over done and the crust was bitter. The sauce had zero flavor except a ton of over cooked garlic. Not a good dish. On my bill there was an EPF charge, which was 4% of the pre-tax price. I asked what that was and the waitress said it was an electronic processing fee. Personally that is the price of doing business when you charge what they charge for a dish. My wife had manicotti. They allowed her to alter the dish which was really kind of them. She really liked the dish and took it home for left overs. When the waitress came to collect it plates I still had way more than half of my meal left. She didn’t ask if we liked it. Just offered to clear out plates and bring the check. All in all the restaurant was just ok… nothing I would tell anyone to try.

My wife, our 8-month-old daughter, and I visited for Valentine’s Day. The food was delicious; however, the service we received was very disappointing. After our meals were brought out, our waitress never returned to check on us. We ran out of water and wanted to order another drink, but she was nowhere to be found.
Thankfully, the hostess noticed we had been unattended and came by several times to apologize for the lack of service, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience worsened when it was time to close out. The process of getting our bill took over 30 min. In that time frame, the waitress had our card for 15 min. The hostess ultimately had to locate the waitress to retrieve it.
It was uncomfortable sitting there for so long with a young child while others around us noticed the delay. We’ve visited multiple times before and always had a great experience, but this visit left a sour impression. We’re unsure when — or if — we’ll return.

My fiancé and I are both servers at another restaurant. Since it’s valentines weekend we both had to work a lot. We made reservations at 8:30 at Anna Dolce. We ended up getting off of work much later than anticipated so I pushed the reservation until 8:45 (which the website allowed me to do so) I checked Google and it says they are open until 10pm. We live a few towns over so I called to let them know we were running about 10 minutes late but we were still on the way. Whoever answered the phone responds “well we close at 9 so” which I replied “online it says you are open until 10?” “Our kitchen closes at 9” this would have been helpful to know when we made the reservation! I asked if there was anyway we could still order food “you can do take out”. Obviously we did not want to have our valentines date as take out so I just told them to cancel our reservation. This was extremely disappointing. We had been looking forward to this dinner all weekend. I understand we were coming in late. It was not ideal for us either but we did not have much of a choice. I also understand not taking a table a few minutes before close. What I do not understand is why you would have reservation spots 15 minutes before close? That gives us 15 minutes to sit down look at the menu and order any food we want before the kitchen closes. I also wish that when I made the reservation I would have been made aware that it was 15 minutes before the kitchen closes. Don’t have reservation slots you cannot honor.

My husband and I came for the 1st time we arrived about 8 pm and was welcomed by a very nice lady and seated and she was the best part of the experience. We then waited for our server that you could tell it was all fun and games and could tell pretty lazy he was in the private dining on his phone when she the gal that got on his behind to get to work his name was Nico. He was nice but it’s part of the job to rack up the bill as much as you can I’m a server I get it…we ordered the lobster balls as an appetizer and we both got a glass of wine beforehand. We got our lobster balls and the food itself was amazing we spent 135.00 I got the sirloin Oscar and my husband got the recommendation from Nico. But that’s not what we came here for we came for the cheese wheel and Nico stated absolutely not he won’t be making anymore of those due to him already making 80 for the night. There was customers but it wasn’t busy whatsoever it really ruined the experience. We got our food and it wasn’t even Nico that brought out the food. He was too busy, flirting around with another girl That works there My husband got the wrong entrée so when he came and table touched, we notified him that we didn’t get the correct food and then he did trade it out We ordered another glass of wine and you know being 8 o’clock at night. There should’ve been no reason that we shouldn’t have gotten what we came there for and In an establishment like that, you have to be Johnny on the spot. The only person that I could tell that was doing her job was the hostess Possibly could’ve been the manager with it be in the night that it was we didn’t make it that big of a deal Because we wanted to have a stress-free night and not really be a problem I’m not saying that we won’t return because the food is great But I am very disappointed that he was too lazy to not make what we came there for. He’s definitely lucky that I’m a server because my husband really didn’t want to tip He was gonna make Nico think that his upsell was gonna get him a bigger tip and then not tip himbut he did end up giving him 20% He was given $160 and was told to keep the change. I get it. He’s a young kid, but I’m just definitely more disappointed on how everything turned out.

We were there last Saturday. I was excited to try this restaurant. It was dark and cozy. But a little too dark, my husband had to use the light on his cell phone to read the menu.
The appetizer was artichoke dip. I didn’t care for it. I thought it would be more creamier.
I ordered the chicken parmesan. The chicken was breaded and I smelled and tasted wine in it. I was disappointed and didn’t eat much.
My husband had vodka rigatoni. He said it was flavored pretty good.
It’s a nice place, server was nice as well.
I might give it a second try with another dish

After hearing good reviews, we unfortunately did not receive the quality service or food that we had expected. Three of us had ordered the filet: one medium well, one medium, and one medium rare. When the food was brought in we received 3 well done filets. The “filet” was rather a flank steak or a ribeye folded in half. After being questioned by a gentleman and my plate being inspected, all three of our plates were taken away without our asking. We eventually got our filets, and unfortunately received one quite rare rather than medium. Thankfully the wine was good.

All that to say, the private dining room was beautiful and the live music was great. However I don’t believe anyone in our party of 12 will be dining here again.

While expensive, this place is reasonably priced for the quality of the food you are getting. We went during their happy hour and they had some great deals. We split a pitcher of mojitos and got some appetizers. I absolutely loved the brussel sprouts with the hummus.

Update: We came back for a real dinner; the eggplant and salon were pretty good but their seasonal risotto was a little off, very sweet! We’ll be back for happy hour.

Came here around 10pm last Friday after a show. A server greeted us right away. We requested a high top by the bar because that area was more lively. There were so many drink options but the both of us were in the mood for a cocktail. I got the Sweet Heat, he got the Old Country. The food didn’t take long to come out after we got our drinks. The cocktails were really good, but, oh my goodness, the pasta was amazing! They don’t make their own pasta (which was perfectly al dente) but their sauces from scratch are absolutely on point! The bleu cheese in the Gorgonzola Cream was not overpowering and the other elements complemented each other perfectly. My beau got the Vodka Rigatoni–absolutely delicious! These pastas totally hit the spot and were still just as good reheated the next day! Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely adore the happy hour from 3-6, half priced apps and some Cocktails and wines, half price pizzas too. I’ve tried every pizza – nom nom nom. Other faves are the Osso Bucco if you’re looking to splurge, Amalfi salad, the burrata- yum! Vodka Rigatoni and spaghetti and meatballs are also fantastic. Great atmosphere and staff. Nice patio when the weather cooperates and a private room can be reserved for groups/events.
