Non local. This place sounded really good. Good enough to drive 16 minutes out of my way. I called to make sure it was open and decided to place order over phone. I knew I wanted to try the surf n turf taco and ribeye taco. I also asked what she recommended, she said I should try the homemade flour tortillas for those and recommended the fish tacos and barbacoa vampiro. I was too full to try the barbacoa. But I am here to say that was the best fish taco I have ever had , I mean ever. Surf and turf was amazing which had the ribeye and shrimp. All sauces were great with flavor and spice. The ribeye had a few tough pieces but not enough for me to complain about as the rest of it was amazing.
I will def be visiting again. I have not left a google review in so long and this was good enough for me to make sure I did! Sorry pic quality was dark with my truck light.

I had a combination taco plate. Three tacos consisting of chicken, beef and ribeye, all were good though a bit pricey. The food truck is parked right in front of their indoor eating location and the decor is a little eclectic and nice. A father and son take your order and are very nice and helpful especially if it’s your first time. Having the indoor tables did allow relief from the sun with tables and chairs. The only drawback is I was constantly swatting the flies away inside probably because the large door was open so what can you do.

This place was amazing food great music and service. My husband took me yesterday for our anniversary and I’d say it was a 10/10 I loved it and we will most definitely be going back. They also gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. The drinks where awesome I had the best Michelada I’ve ever had. Once again food was amazing we got shrimp tacos and surf and turf taco delicious!

Well after talking to many people I had to try this place out. First and foremost if you are coming to eat be sure to drive to the back as they are located in the building. The service was beyond excellent and well the food was excellent, I had the three chicken tacos and my wife had the ribeye taco and the chicharrones taco, we also shared the blue raspberry lemonade which was excellent.The chicken tacos were fantastic and I tried my wife’s ribeye taco and I will have to say I will be ordering my next go around. WE will be back soon for sure as this was a great place to grab lunch.
5/10/24-Dropped in with the family today and I just gotta say the food here is absolutely on point.the wife had chicharrones taco’s, which I don’t care much for but after trying I would definitely order this meal. The daughter had the Two Governador Shrimp and for a ten year old to finish her meal told me they had to be good. I myself ordered 2 of the Sonoran hot dogs and I will have to say, this will be my fast stop for lunch, the $7.00 for this hot dog is right on the spot for the price and it hits the spot. My wife got the Mango michelada and my daughter got the blue berry lemonade. Definitely the spot for a good bite to eat.

Loved these tacos! Personally I think they are similar to ones I have had in Austin, Texas. Having lived in Klamath falls most of my life I would say there are not other tacos in our town like these ones. Very different flavor.
However I would recommend they also add some kid friendly options like rice and beans.

Awesome experience for a food truck not to mention an awesome environment. It’s not a traditional food truck in the outside, but it’s inside the shop area and has indoor seating. Great food we preferred ribeye taco and shrimp tacos both battered and not. Come check it out as it’s definitely worth the price.

My wife had a chicken quesadilla and I had a ribeye and a chicken vampiros. Everything was fantastic.
The quesadilla was warm and packed with chicken and cheese. Not one of those that are a little bit of filling and to much tortilla left over and not over stuffed where it was falling out. The two sauces that came with it are delicious. The red hot sauce is just that, hot. The pink one is cool and full of flavor. One of the best this on this was the home made pickles red onions. Absolutely delicious!
The Vampiros I had were moist, full of flavor and delicious! The ribeye was almost melt in your mouth tender, just enough chew to really bring out the flavor of it. If your wondering, no it was not small pieces either. The meat went from one end to the other on both of the Vampiros I had.
I will be coming back to try other things on the menu and I would definitely recommend eating here.

The atmosphere of this restaurant/foodtruck experience was amazing. They had good music playing and the entire building was decked out. The drinks and food were some of the best I’ve had in Klamath. And the customer service was amazing!
