Anita’s Kitchen never fails! In order from left to right first up we have the Chicken Shawarma entree is always a favorite, this dish has rice pilaf, hommus, tabbouleh, pickles, and garlic sauce. Next we have side Tabbouleh salad with chopped parsley, tomatoes, onion, mint, lemon, and tossed with organic quinoa. Next up another favorite, the Loaded House fries are so good! Fries are topped with queso, feta cheese, bacon, green onion, witha Sumac sauce drizzle. Last but never least, one of the best salads I love to enjoy, the Chicken Feta Fattoush. This salad is a favorite of mine topped with Chicken Shawarma, feta cheese, I always have the kitchen add red onions and beets !!!

Food was excellent! Service was great!
Their house seasoned fries were a must! I almost couldn’t stop eating them. The Gyro was really good as well. My favorite item so far would have to be the Carrot Cake though! I also ordered a Moscow mule which tasted pretty weak but aside from that my experience was damn near perfect.

Visited for an evening meal (6-8PM). Very impressed with the food, staff and seating; sat outside under cover with heatlamps, very warm and comfy. A lot of great Vegan options explicitly marked on the menu, which me and my partner really appreciate. Hommus was delicious, I highly recommend the combination platter as an appetizer to share or meal fe one. I also had the ginger molasses cookie which I loved. We’re definitely coming back here.

First time having Anita’s and it was great. I got takeout, so I can’t speak to the dining experience. I ordered a chicken shawarma plate. Everything was great, very flavorful. The garlic cream sauce was perfectly garlicky. Really no complaints!

I’ve eaten at Anita’s Kitchen several times and usually love it, especially the kabob meal. However, my most recent takeout order from the Ferndale location was disappointing.
The kabob (which cost $16.43) only had 4 pieces of chicken, with just a few tiny pepper pieces. The sides of vegetables and rice were also noticeably smaller than what I normally receive. At first, I assumed it was just a busy day and didn’t think too much of it.
But as I ate, I also found some hard white pieces mixed in with the rice and chicken. I’m not sure what they were, but it was concerning.
I’m not writing off Anita’s Kitchen — I’ve always enjoyed it in the past and was disappointed this time around— but I do hope this was just an off day, and that the team takes steps to bring the quality and consistency back to what customers are used to.

Food was amazing. The chocolate cake was gluten free and vegan, and it was amazing. I loved the shuberry fields cocktail – so refreshing! Service was some of the best. The chicken pita sandwich was off the chain!! The jalapeño sauce that comes with it was so spicy and delicious. Everyone loved their food, even someone at our table that was gluten free and dairy free! Clearly labeled menu that made everyone happy!!! Would definitely come back here!

We rented the entire heated patio (it was January) for my birthday party for 30 friends. We are frequent customers. Anita’s is our go-to restaurant, any night of the week. So it was the logical place for my party! It was a perfect Sunday afternoon for a wonderful buffet dinner, drinks and cake. Great atmosphere, excellent food and wonderful, helpful staff. The total cost was extremely reasonable. Our guests all commented on what a great venue/restaurant Anita’s is! We obviously agree!

My fries were a little cold. Ordered take out napkins and ketchup would’ve been nice. Didn’t get anything. My blueberry lemonade was good, a little sweet. But the restaurant is nice and all the servers were nice. I would still recommend.
I’ve been about three times. No one ever offers napkins, still.

This place is a gem! It was even more upscale than I would have guessed. Food was excellent and portions were immense. Staff were perfectly attentive whilst not being cloying. Top notch! Note for out of towners, you will probably have to pay at kiosk for parking, but I come to Ferndale enough that I just down loaded the Ferndale parking app so I don’t have to fumble at kiosk at take off gloves.

Raghav was amazing. Best drink maker we’ve met in a long time, a real cocktail master!
Food was good with hearty portions, the deboned chicken couldn’t have been tastier. Super juicy. We loved the starters – definitely try the whipped feta. We highly recommend!
