Beautiful store with a large variety of flavors and a lot of good combinations like pecan pie.. never seen that in gelato.

(Sorry for the picture in advance) I decided to come here because my usual ice cream spots were closed and the ratings are great. I however didn’t feel like I saw a lot of actual customers orders to get a better idea of what’s available. Overall I think it was good, but not great. I got to sample quite a bit of flavors and it was hard to pick because they weren’t as unique as expected. I thought the prices were a little high for the sizes offered. I also didn’t feel as welcomed as the other local ice cream shops in the area. I would definitely recommend people to try it, but this would be my last option when I’m looking around.

Little Dessert activity – night quest of the night was Anita La Mamma del Gelato. I don’t think this place gets enough credit. We originally had this in Puerto Rico last year, so of course when we were in Aventura and saw that there was one here we had to try it. Love the fact that they have so many different flavors to choose from! We went ahead and got an Affogato w/hazelnut crunch. Super delicious! The only thing that I would complain about – would be that it was placed in a small cup as you can see in my last picture, every time we try to dip our spoon the espresso kept pouring out and making a very big mess. Other than that tiny complaint, it was super delicious!

It was my first time visiting this chain and it was so nice. The decor, the flavors and the employees were quick and friendly. I would definitely return to this Miami location before I leave town!

I highly recommend the wafer flavor, it tastes like Kinder Joy Chocolates.
I just have 2 suggestions; Can you consider making the snowberry with cold foam?
And, although the decor is beautiful I don’t think anyone likes to see themselves eating dessert lol There’s too many mirrors/reflective materials around.

However, the price tag is on the higher side for what’s essentially ice cream. Given the premium pricing, I’d expect more attentive service and spotless cleanliness throughout the place. Unfortunately, the tables outside and some areas inside weren’t being cleaned regularly, which detracts from the overall experience.
For the cost, it would be great to see more consistent care in maintaining the space, ensuring it’s as pristine as the flavors they offer. Overall, a nice spot with delicious ice cream, but some service improvements would really take it to the next level.
