This place has been here for such a short period of time and it already feels like a second living room. Julian is always at the bar, being absolutely lovely and always ready with a smile. The vegan sandwiches are incredible, and they don’t just lean on the old basics. It really does feel like one of those places that sees veganism as something to be respected instead of a throwaway afterthought. I’ve never had a single bad thing here, and I always leave happy. The music is great, the drinks are perfect and I am in love with any place that does an unhappy hour because that’s my general disposition. (Half joking) Thanks for keeping me happily unhappy!

Understand that this spot did not overlook the bread. Idk what it is but the bread is the right kind of bread.

My sandwich (the Benny) was pretty good, beef was tender, bread was good, chimichuri was good looking, but didnt seem to add much flavor
Has a pale ale beer which hit the spot. Had some cheesecake derivative which was good. Punk rock plays in the background. It was okay, bartender was fantastic

I loved the vibe of this small but roomie shop. Comfortable for kids and business lunches alike. I had the SPP sandwich and it was so good I literally had emotions about it. The pork was perfect and juicy and the peach sauce on top was incredible. I will be back. We’re all lucky to have a sandwich spot like this in the world.

Love this place. All the positive comments about the food are on point, but I just wanted to add that this is one of the more child-friendly places I’ve visited in a while. It’s a small joint, but they’ve got toys, books, coloring stuff, and–most importantly–the staff are sweet and welcoming to kids. These things are small, but they really makes a difference when we’re out with our toddler. Lucky to have these guys in the neighborhood.

This place is great! We got the Gabba Gabba-Gool and Satans Cheesesteak w/ chips. Both were excellent! They use Amoroso rolls for Philly! The GG-G hoagie was delicious and the pepper relish and mayo really added an extra layer of flavor. The Satans Cheesesteak was the best vegetarian cheesesteak I’ve ever had and is very hard to pull off and they did it!
We sat at the bar and got the Whiskey in Jar and Turbo Lover, both were great too.
Everyone is friendly, quick and attentive. This place is family friendly and last but not least if you are a fan of classic punk you are in for a treat. But not to they have a jukebox full of genres of musics.

Came here for the first time tonight! We’ve been looking for a good local bar and restaurant for a while now(Mickey’s Joint is our occasional go to).
Ordered the Benny, which was absolutely amazing. Bread can make or break a sandwich, and the hoagie roll was on point. The option of hot sauces were superb.
Julian was super friendly and welcoming, and we love to see the owner(Chris) working along with the rest of the crew.
Definitely coming back again to try some more sandwiches and the cocktails.
