As a Haitian in Orlando it is hard to come across quality Haitian restaurants (I would love to see more Haitian restaurants). The few times that I have, the food is decent but service and timeliness were terrible. Enough to ruin the experience. I get it maybe they were on Haitian time but I mean…I’m not here for all that. I just want a plate. Needless to say I was skeptical at first to try anides bakery…could a food truck really deliver quality Haitian cuisine? Oh did they…..and not only did they serve amazing food but in the same way I remembered from childhood: with genuine love and care for your satisfaction. We Haitians pride ourselves on our heritage and Anide understands that it’s not just about the food but about the service. I don’t usually eat pork but for griot I make a special exception and Anide served me a plate that instantly took me back to when I was a kid at that one Haitian family party when i first tasted it. The sos and djon djon rice was on point and pikliz was the icing on the gateau….I can go on and on but these words won’t get you to taste the food yourself. Go out there and give her a shot. Support our Haitian community….and if you like it leave an awesome review. I rarely leave reviews…mainly cause if it’s a bad review I’m likely not the only one having a bad experience and the restaurant will soon realize and sink on its own…but it’s just as important to share the good experiences …especially for our community. Go support Anides bakery. Go support the Haitian community. And whether it’s her restaurant or another …celebrate those that, even if it’s one plate, one moment or one experience, let you feel like you’re back at home.

This is a Food truck spot it has many carribean dishes. it’s in Kissimmee,FL the food was great I ordered a fried pork and black rice and fried turkey no rice with just fry plaintains the food was prepare well and its real Caribbean. You wont regret it if you buy from this Haitian spot . The food truck parking spot is $5 if you want to sit and eat there,but there is a side you can park for food pick up

I came here with my mother and ordered a fritsy platter, the portions where plentiful and the service was amazing. They made sure we weren’t waiting long to order. We had fried pork and torkey, it was perfectly crispy. The Akra was amazing, I’ ve never tried anything like it. The closest thing to perfection on this earth. The plaintains was perfectly fried. My mother and I were very satisfied with our purchase. We also had a pretty big serving of pikliz and sauce with the fritay platter. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent fresh food and service! Some of the best Haitian food I’ve had! We ordered a variety of food for dinner for the family and enjoyed the chicken, turkey in sauce, Tassot Cabrit, Mac & cheese, white rice and sos pwa, Diri Djon Djon, and rice & beans, fried plantains, fried Akra, and pikliz!!! So good we’re ordering again tonight! A true Orlando gem!

Amazing food and good vibes! I came to Anide’s Bakery to dine with my family. I had the Red Snapper entree it was incredibly fresh, and bursting with flavor. It’s a decent size platter, I couldn’t even finish it in one sitting. I would highly recommend! Can’t wait to come again!

The customer service was very welcoming, and the food was made fresh and tasted delicious. The griot was juicy and tender with a side of hot, crispy fried plantains. I also had the freshly made passionfruit juice which was refreshing. I will definitely be a returning customer.
