Anh’s Kitchen has become a staple in my lunch time rotation. Today I got the Lemon Grass Pork Banh Mi and an order of Spring Rolls with the Peanut Sauce.
The Spring rolls always come out super quick, and are always a refreshing way to start your meal. I personally am not the biggest fan of the peanut sauce but for this review used it for 1 of the 4 rolls. It has a good flavor and does compliment the Spring Roll well. Just not my go to. I usually use the Hoisin and Sriracha that is generously provided on each table. To me it is a much better flavor profile. Very good either way!
Just as I finished the Spring Rolls the Lemon Grass Pork Banh Mi came out. This delicious sandwich is served on some of the freshest French Baguette that you can find in the area. Nice crisp crust with a soft fluffy interior. This bread serves as the perfect vehicle for the refreshing flavors with the carrot, cilantro, cucumber, and daikon mixed with the heat of the jalapeno and the savory grilled lemon grass pork and house made mayo. Perfect char and tenderness on the pork!

Wasn’t really a fan of BBQ Beef Short Ribs until I tried this dish at Anh’s. I like it because it’s light and tasty and comes with rice and a fried egg. Now a regular favorite of mine. Support this small business, you won’t be sorry!

I order Bun Bo Hue. It looks good and tastes good. But it came with a piece of beef ball (cut into half ) and 3 pieces of beef brisket. And it costs $15.5??? Are you serious? This is ridiculous. I’ve never seen any Pho place serve this cheap portion. Would never come back again.

Just ate here with some friends. The food was great, my picky kids ate it up, and the staff was very friendly. Great local place to support with your hunger dollars!

The Ribeye Bahn Mi was delicious. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often. If you haven’t been here definitely try them out.

The entrees we ordered received all the ‘fixins’ of a typical Vietnamese dish- just appeared a tad plain. I appreciated the fact that the protein that I ordered didn’t appear like it was sauteed, but grilled, as advertised.

Cozy homey spot for some delicious Vietnamese comfort food with friendly service. Really enjoyed their crepe – was plenty large as an entree for one.

This is my favorite place in town. The service is great and the food is even better. They can make amazing sandwiches that are easy and quick to grab if you call ahead. There entrees are incredible and the sauces they have that come with the meal Extremely tasty, tangy, and most are a bit spicy. If you like spicy ask about there special homemade hot sauce, its very good but careful it’s super hot!
