Okay, my wife and I decided to get the Steak House another try, and hoped for a better out come.
We arrived for the lunch service – Promptly greeted, server was promptly at table side with menus and specials, our order was taken, drinks arrived promptly and was soon followed by our orders.
COMPLETE TURN-A-ROUND FROM FIRST VISIT, FOOD WAS GREAT (HAD THE AYCE RIBS) SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD, AS YOU WOULD HOPE FOR.
Will be back very often- Thanks for a great restaurant!!
We arrived at Approx. 4:30 PM with a party of six.
We were promptly greeted and seated.
Our server greeted us and took our order for app’s and drink order.
Water ‘s and ice tea arrived but our bar drinks did not.
After about 15 minutes the app’s arrived, still waiting on our bar orders.
Server took our dinner orders, still no bar order.
Drinks finally arrived.
Dinners were not delivered to table at approx. 6:30.
The food was great the portions were good.
The staff was very friendly.
Due to the extreme wait time, I was disappointed.
Except for no yelling in the kitchen, I thought I was in HELL’S Kitchen, due the wait time.

The staff is extremely friendly. Food was great. I had the beef ribs. Order from the menu, get the all-you-can-eat ribs or the buffet. Call for availability though.

Over priced, poor wait staff. We had our food and still no silver wear. Was bringing our tarter sause, A1 and butter but still HD no silver the to eat. Was very slow in there but still poor service. Two visits in one. First and last.

THE SERVICE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD WAITED 30 MINS FOR OUR FOOD AND MY STEAK WAS BURNT AND MY WIFE ASKED FOR GRILLED SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS AND FRIED FISH AND CRABCAKE. WELL THEY SAID THE COULDNT DO THAT SO INSTEAD OF ASKING THEY FRIED EVERYTHING. BAKED POTATOE WAS HARD AND WHEN THE MANAGER CAME OVER SHE TOOK IT BACK AND THE SHRIMP WAS NOT DONE AND THE SCALLOPS WERE RAW… HER EXCUSE WAS THEY WERE BUSY 20 PEOPLE IN THE PLACE WAS NOT BUSY WORST PLACE EVER WILL NEVER GO BACK. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NO STARS
