Don’t let the appearance scare you. It’s clean and has good food for a great price. Great service. Best meal I have had our entire 10 trip across 4 states and it only cost me $8!! Simple and tasty. My side salad was NOT made of iceberg lettuce!!! I was over joyed.

We stayed near by and asked the locals where to eat breakfast and the referred us to Angus, so naturally we looked up the reviews and 4.1 isn’t bad, so we went there for breakfast and it was amazing the best 3 meat breakfast I’ve ever had…People reviewing need to calm down, seriously stop reviewing the fact that they have a political opinion and that yes the owner carries a gun while serving food. Food was wonderful, service was friendly, if you’re ever in the area stop and eat. Don’t judge by the outside appearance or the reviews, some people are just snobs and don’t know good home cooking.

Very good buffalo burger and fries. Had a huckleberry shake that was wonderful. Our waiter was a cute, earnest kid. Would absolutely eat there again. And, yes, portapotties at the end of the building, but very clean.

Great food and friendly staff. Portions are hugh. My chef salad could have feed 2. The next morning the center cut pork chop was a nice cut and my eggs were cooked to perfection. Plenty of parking. The place is clean, the 70s decor is worn but adds character to the place. As a truck driver places like this help make me decide which route to take. The owners have worked it for 25 years and the locals love it.

We had breakfast here. Great food and great service. Large portions and good prices. We like to eat where the locals eat. If the locals eat there you know it’s good! Very clean old fashion dinner. Very friendly. All the locals greeted us. Oh yeah… the bacon was GREAT.

When there are no other food joints for like 45 miles, you don’t expect much of a little place along the highway that has no real competition to drive up its standards or quality. With that said, its pretty good. Definitely classic diner menu, but a few diverse choices, and made to order and flexible with whatever sides you want even if not stated on menu, and the people are just super genuine and nice. You can tell them live right here in this beautiful little valley and come into work here each day, because everyone walking in knows them. Thanks for the hospitality and warm smiles each time we stop in…

Was passing through Swan Valley to watch the eclipse and ended up stopping here. Was very nice people, the food was good, reasonably priced, and with generous portions. I was very glad to see they brought in extra staff for the eclipse crowd and probably the best service I had at a restaurant my entire trip.
