Food and atmosphere was awesome, would definitely stop in again. Only complaint was they added an extra fee after swiping my credit card. I’m assuming it was a credit penalty/percentage? Wasn’t told and didn’t ask. Most places let you know beforehand, unsure on the legality of it.

If you’re ever in Cascade, you absolutely have to stop at Angus Bar. It’s the kind of place that feels like home from the moment you walk in.
Our waitress, Lyndsey, was an absolute rockstar. She was all over the place, somehow managing to serve every customer with a genuine smile. I don’t think my coffee cup was ever less than half-full, which is a rare and truly appreciated feat! Her attentiveness made the entire experience even better.
Beyond the incredible service, the food is genuinely fantastic. It’s hearty, delicious country cooking that hits the spot every time. It’s easy to see why this is the local hangout spot—it’s got great food, a warm atmosphere, and staff like Lyndsey who make you feel like you’ve been a regular for years.

Burgers were delicious! My wife had fries and I had the onion rings and both were cooked to perfection as were our bacon cheeseburgers – crispy on the outside but still juicy on the inside. Server was friendly and attentive. We’ll be back!

Stopped here to rest and eat on a long road trip. I feel inclined to leave a review because our two burgers were just that bad. The meat was drier than the plains grass in autumn. There were no condiments, onions, or any other additions on the burgers. Just a slice of what I imagine was Kraft cheese. The ambiance was charming and local and the server was very nice. For $30 USD however we beg you to consider improving your burgers. I would not have served those to the worst person in the world, let alone paying customers. The cow that died for our meal deserved better than to be prepared so egregiously. The fries were also somehow both soggy and undercooked.

The food is simply delicious. I have eaten here several times now and have never been disappointed. The breakfast reminds me of grandmas home cooking and taco Tuesday is a hit my kids beg to go every week. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home.
