Our first dinner at Angry Crab Shack was an unforgettable experience! The Jambalaya and fish and chips were absolutely delicious, and the handcrafted Hurricane Rum cocktail was a nice touch and my husband enjoyed his non-alcoholic Heineken beer. The fact that we paid $10 for two drinks is very economical. We both appreciated the welcoming ambiance and our waitress, Kris, provided exceptional service. We highly recommend stopping by!

We went for dinner while watching the Dodgers game (they won!). Unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant was far from a win.
We ordered a bag for two ($150), two cornbreads ($4), two beers ($14), and rice and beans ($9). The seafood came out but without the sauce, and the waiter took a while to bring it. Later, when we were almost done eating, I asked about the rice and beans — she said it was “almost ready.” When it finally came, I didn’t like it, and then I noticed a fly in the rice. I showed it to the waitress, and she just said, “Oh, we’re not going to charge you for the rice,” and took the plate away like it was no big deal. It honestly felt like this might not have been the first time that happened.
The place felt overpriced and not clean. The floor was wet, and even after my husband told the waitress, she didn’t clean it or offer us another table. The seafood boil was okay, but definitely not worth the price. We won’t be coming back.

We had an awesome meal at Angry Crab in Goodyear! Tried the catfish and gumbo to start—both were flavorful and well-seasoned. The gumbo had great depth, and the catfish was perfectly crispy. For the main course, we went all in with a seafood boil, and it did not disappoint. The trifecta sauce added the perfect amount of spice and flavor. Portions were generous, and the service was friendly and fast. Great spot for seafood lovers—we’ll definitely be back!

Hello! The food was bland and underwhelming. The butter to seasoning ratio was unbalanced. They charge for lemon!!!!!!! What kind of seafood establishment charges for lemon? That’s like charging a bar charging for ice! Insane! However the inside was full of personality and very hospitable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is just bad though. Go to hot n juicy instead!!

My family was very happy with their meals. For the uninitiated, you order a meal and eat it out of the bag it was cooked in. Or, you toss it on the table and eat it all straight from there. Very bohemian. I would avoid the fried food and get the boil. My Jambalaya was good but served in a disappointing portion. I’m still hungry . I think the server just had some sort of beef with me because she seemed pretty congenial with everyone at my table and her other tables. Oh well. Maybe it was my face. Heads up: the tip was included on the bill for my party of seven. Overall, my family loved it and I’m sure they would recommend it.

Our first time taking kids to a seafood boil and they loved it! We went on a busy Saturday night but we’re able to get a table fairly quickly. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We ordered the trio boil i think it was, side of crab cluster, fish and chips and hot chicken sandwich meal. Everything was delicious! We enjoyed drawing on the paper table mat. We recommend and will be returning!

We usually enjoy dining in this place. On this occasion we didn’t get the “it was great” experience. We ordered a breaded catfish basket with Cajun fries, spicy chicken sandwich, 3 chicken tenders and a pound of headless shrimp with trifecta sauce and a level 4 spicyness. The sandwich was really good, loved it actually. The catfish was (in my opinion) not cooked enough even though the breading was a little overcooked, it felt and tasted somewhat bland and didn’t have a lot of flavor, we loved the shrimp, what we didn’t like at all was the tenders, they were dry, hard and with no flavor. Over all, our experience this time was not good , hopefully we feel better in our next visit.

I’ll put this in a nutshell. Group of 7 for a birthday dinner (they did ask) I’m not sure why because there was no acknowledgement, 5 boils with hardly any sauce, the hot (burn your lips) was NOT hot like, at all, the service was ok we got our drinks at least. We know they ain’t gonna lose business, but we ain’t ever going back ever again that’s for sure. It was so sucky I didn’t even think to pull my phone out to take pictures for memories so that’s why I don’t have a pic of our dry boils.
